I need help to escape these dreams
These shadows, they want me; it seems
I can't help but feel lost and afraid
Can you help me before I fade?

Creatures of the dark invade my mind
Deviating from the path I'm trying to find
They kill my joy and steal my spark
They rob my light, throwing me to the dark

It smelly in here, and very damn cold
You'll go mad if you don't do what you're told
You'll find yourself talking to your reflection
But it isn't moving, so you start an inspection

Wow. You're going crazy, you're losing your mind
You hear the noises, but act like you're blind
Because every time a shadow will appear
It reignites the long hidden and forgotten fear

These voices are pulling at my internal strings
Chanting terrifying and creepy things
Releasing a pink mist that reeks of death
Killing everyone; drawing their last breath

Now they're out; looking for me
Help me hide, help me flee
Monsters roam these streets right now
Catching on to my scent somehow

I ran as if my life depended on it
I couldn't bare to just wait and sit
I ran and ran too far for too long
But unfortunately they were way too strong

Their mist cut right through to my core
I felt this pain like never before
I tore at my skin and exposed my veins
Then started liquidating what felt like my brain

I felt myself slowly lose my blood flow
As it spilled on that road that I know
I felt my eyes go open and shut
As my oxygen supply starts to cut

In no time at all I was left for dead
My body numb, a hammer on my head
My eyes lay open, a blame to the world
From a weak and tired broken girl

So when you think you hear a knock
Do not open. Or you'll be in for a shock
You'll be zapped and punched and kicked
So just stay low, and you won't be picked
