(Y/N) POV

"What? No! You can't make me! I'm still in high school! You know what, whatever. I don't care anymore. Do what you want..."

3rd POV

(Y/N) lay in class, head down, sleeping... Like usual. It was no wonder that Jihyo, (Y/N)'s partner, had to shake her awake.

"Pssst. (Y/N). (Y/N)! Wake up! We're in class right now!"

"Alright woman... I'm up now... Just because of our parents doesn't mean I'll listen to you... *mumbles* I still love you though..."

Jihyo just ignored her. As long as she was up, she was fine.

Class was soon over and everyone ran out the door, not wanting to be late for their next class.

"Even though Jihyo and (Y/N) are always near each other, I'm pretty sure they hate one another."

"Why are they always seen near each other? Don't they hate each other?"

Jihyo POV

There's the normal hallway talk again. Seriously, do they think that we can't hear them?

I hate when they judge (Y/N), to be honest. (Y/N) may be a troublemaker but that doesn't mean I don't love her. It makes me want to yell out,

(Y/N) IS MINE AND I AM HER'S.

But I don't even know anymore... We may be engaged but I still don't know...

Flashback

"Jihyo! We want you to meet someone!"

"Who? And what for?"

"We're not sure who she is but we want you to get engaged with her."

"... I'm sorry but excuse me? I'm still in high school and you want me, to get engaged to another girl?"

"Sorry if this is all too sudden, sweetie... We want what's best for you."

"If you want what's best for me, please just listen to what I have to say."

"I'm so sorr-"

"What? No! You can't make me," a voice interrupted, yelling. That same stubborn voice that charmed me. The voice that I trust.

Flashback Over

(Y/N) POV

All these feelings are bottled up... I want to talk to her... And get closer to her... I want you, Park Jihyo... Yet I can't get my hands on you... I love you so much but I can't express it.

"Jihyo is wayyyyy to good for (Y/N)... Fight me if I'm wrong..."

I stopped dead in the hallway, right then and there.

"Oh? Jihyo's too good for me? I would fight you but you're not wrong... Everyone! All of these things you say, I will put an end to this! I can't hold it in anymore! PARK JIHYO AND I ARE ENGAGED AND I LOVE HER WITH ALL MY HEART SO IF YOU WANT TO STOP US, STEP UP AND WE'LL HAVE A TALK ABOUT IT, GOT THAT?"

In the corner of my eye, I saw Jihyo shocked. I wanted to run but I stood my ground, making sure no one came up. After realizing that no one would come up, I ran. I don't know why but I ran. School didn't matter for me either way so I just ran past the gates. No one came to chase me... Good.

I headed to my favorite place. The mall. Something about that place just made me feel calm. Plus, if anyone tried looking for me, there would be too many people. I sat down at an empty table, doing nothing.

"*sigh* What did I do? Why did I do that?"

"What are you thinking about there, missy?"

"Just life... Why did you come? And how did you find me? You should be at school right now, Miss Goody Two Shoes."

"I came here to find you... I figured you would be here... And I just wanted to say that I love you too."

"Haha! Ha... Ha... No... You'd be better off with someone else... Not some troublemaker like me. That would ruin your image for the school."

"I don't care about that! We'll graduate from high school soon!"

"*sigh* I just can't convince you how bad I am, can't I?"

"What do you mean convince? The only person you're trying to convince is yourself!"

"Ah... My secret's been revealed. That's not good... Say that I say back to you, I love you... Would you still say it back to me?"

"Yes! Of course! As many times as it takes for it to convince you!"

"Ah... I see. Then, I love you, Park Jihyo."

"Really? I love you too! Oh my gosh! I'm so happy! I love you so much!"

I smiled. Seeing Jihyo happy made me smile. I love her so much and no one will take her away from me.
