REX's POV

I stared at the alluring woman sleeping on the passenger seat. She looked so serene and beautiful as always. My eyes went to those luscious lips of hers and I groaned inwardly when I suddenly felt the urge to stop the car and kiss her.

I still could feel those sweet lips against mine and it felt sinfully good. Until now, I still couldn't believe that I could be this close to her. I thought, she's someone who's out of reach and I would never have the opportunity to even talk to her but an opportunity came and even though I didn't know what's going to be the ending of this, I still want to savor every minute with her now that I still can because she would never forgive me for sure if she discovered what's my main reason of being here.

I tried to concentrate on driving. We're already on our way home and I couldn't help but to feel sad because we're about to go back to reality where she's rich and I'm just no one.

This whole day with her was a very enjoyable day for me because I got to be with her alone. Even though there were instances where I couldn't control myself and showed her the possessive side of me.

I heaved a sigh. I thought I already forgot the strong attraction that I felt towards her the very first moment I laid my eyes on her but I was wrong. I thought it was just a simple crush that I already forgot these past few years but it wasn't.

When I saw her again, that attraction I felt for her back then became even stronger. How many times did I wish to be with her since the first time that I laid my eyes on her? When was it again? It's already been 5 years but it felt like it as just yesterday...

I was just 20 years old then and was still a student in the university; busy studying and working at the same time. I could still remember that ordinary day...

It was Saturday and I just finished my part time job that day when Mr. Javier, the brother of our boss, asked me if could help him and his team that day for olive picking. Normally, he already has people who were scheduled for that day but one of them got sick and couldn't come so they needed someone who could cover for him.

Since, I didn't have something to do and I wanted to earn some cash, I agreed. And I was so glad I agreed because on that fateful day, I saw her...

"Claudette ranch?" I read what's written on the arch as the car approached the entrance of the ranch. Mr. Javier nodded his head as a response. Everyone inside the car looked impressed as they looked outside. There were five of us inside the car. It was my first time coming here together with Gio and Hanz while Jimmy and Mr. Javier used of coming here to work.

"Who's the owner of this ranch, Mr. Javier?" I continued, still in awe. We travelled for at least an hour and a half just to get here. It was my first time seeing this ranch. Judging by how big this ranch was, it looked like the owner was no ordinary person. It wasn't hard to tell that the owner was rich.

It was different from the farm that we used to go to. It was huge and we didn't even reach the farm yet. The animals scattered around looked like they're being taking cared of properly. I saw some workers as we passed by.

"This is the Claudette ranch, owned by the Novell family" He answered and my jaw slacked open.

"The Novells?" Wow! Who doesn't know about them? They're actually known because of many businesses thy owned not just in Europe but in America and Asia too. Their company was even listed as one of the most successful companies worldwide.
