ELLIE's POV

Because of Rex's threat, I decided to just zip my mouth and didn't say anything more. I didn't want to provoke him because I knew he would really do it and I was afraid of losing myself in his kiss again because I wouldn't know if I could control myself if that happens.

It's been about 10 minutes of walking and I got more curious where he's taking me. Then I saw a sign that we're entering to a private property. The place was secluded from the crowd because the fences were high. To my surprise, the guard who was at the gate, guarding the place, just greeted us and let us passed.

"Hey, this is already a private area. We're not allowed here" I said.

"Ever since we met, you've never once called me by my name" He answered without answering my question.

He continued walking until we reached a two story house. I couldn't believe that there was a house in this area. The venue of the festival was a wide open place and it's far from residence area. Numerous trees served as a shield of the house from prying eyes. He stopped in front of the front door.

"What happened to you? How come you're not saying anything? That's new" He was obviously amused.

"Well, I didn't notice that I haven't calling you by your first name yet" I lied. Yes, I've been avoiding calling him by his first name. I don't know why though. I tried for a couple of times already but I just couldn't say it. It's bizarre.

"Yeah, right" there was a hint of bitterness in his voice. I swallowed hard. I was about to open my mouth to say something when he continued.

"Press the doorbell button" He ordered.

"Are you sure about this?" I asked, reluctant to do what he's telling me to do. I mean, c'mon! We're just here for the festival but now, we're here in a private property and I'm afraid that they might report us to the police or something...

"Don't worry. I won't get you into trouble. C'mon, just push it"

"Aren't you going to put me down first?" His eyes zeroed on me as his eyes darkened. I instantly avoided his gaze because I felt my body reacting to his stares again. Those piercing blue eyes of his are dangerous for my senses!

"Fine" I mumbled and then pushed the button. The doorbell rang.

After a couple of seconds, nobody opened it. Rex's forehead knitted.

"Do it again" I did as I was told but it was the same. When I did it for the fourth time, the door finally opened and a man who looked like he just woke up came into our view. His mouth was hanging open like he was shock while staring at us.
