Chapter 2

Miami

Narrator: Jake couldn't believe Erika kissed him and now they were making out. He stopped to catch his breath and stared at her

Jake: Do you regret kissing me?
Erika: No I enjoyed it a lot

Narrator: He grabs her and kisses her again. It was becoming more intense. He picked her up and carried her to his room. She began to take her skirt and top off. By this point Jake began to kiss her neck and chest. He pushed her back and watched her, she pulled him on top of her and kissed him. He stopped and looked at her she nodded so he lifted her up and began to take her bra off, he then gently pushed her back down

Jake: I don't want to pressure you until you're ready
Erika: No no please I want this! Please keep going

Narrator: He slams his lips on hers and begins to kiss her neck going down to her chest. They look at each other once more. They have sex for the first time together and end up falling asleep in Jake's room.

Miami
Friday 9 AM

Narrator: Jake begins to wake up and thinks about last night. He thought it was all dream he had until he turns over and sees Erika. Her back was facing him and she was still naked. He was admiring her curves and he was going to get closer until he received a phone call

On the phone
Jake: Hey Kade what's up?
Kade: Hey dude guess where I'm at!
Jake: Uh idk man, Michigan?
Kade: No bro! I'm in Miami. Heard you were here doing business with Erika and I wanted to come down here.
Jake: *laughs nervously* oh wow! Yeah um.. Where are you staying?
Kade: With you silly! There's plenty of rooms there. Oh yeah I also brought Tony with me. This weekend will be LIT
Jake: Yeah okay bro. What's your ETA?
Kade: We just got in the uber, should be there in 30 mins
Jake: Ok man well I'll see you here. I gotta go

Narrator: Jake didn't know what to think. His plans with Erika were basically over when everything seemed to be going great. He gets up and puts clothes on. He kneels beside her and kisses her. She wakes up and smiles

Erika: Morning handsome
Jake: Morning beautiful
Erika: Are you okay?
Jake: Yes, it's just Kade called. He's on his way here with Tony to spend the weekend with us.
Erika: Oh, we'll it's Kade and Tony that's not bad.
Jake: I know but I really wanted to spend it with you. You should get dressed they will be here soon
Erika: Ok I'll be in the shower

Narrator: Jake goes downstairs and makes breakfast. He hears a knock on the door. Kade and Tony arrived and hug Jake. They eat breakfast and catch up for a little and Jake begins to wonder why Erika hasn't come down.

Jake: Hey guys I need to go check on Erika
Kade: Alright were gonna go put our stuff away

Narrator: Jake searches her room and she's not there. He then goes to his room and sees her watching the view on the balcony. He goes behind her and wraps his arm around her waist. She smiles and puts her hand on his.

Jake: Something on your mind?
Erika: Yeah actually
Narrator: She turns around to face him and he becomes slightly worried
Erika: What are we?
Jake: Um..I actually don't know
Erika: Jake you and I both know we're not ready for a relationship. I don't think you're ready to commit
Jake: Where is this coming from? My whole plan this weekend was to show you how I'm serious about you
Narrator: By this point Jake is hurt by her words. He knows he's not good at relationships but he thought he had made it clear he wanted her.
Erika: I just think it's best if we stop this right now before we get hurt.
Jake: Don't do this. Is that really what you want?
Erika: No...but I can't be in a relationship. I'm not ready
Jake: So what do we do?
Erika: We can be friends with benefits no strings attached.
Jake: If that's what you want.. fine
Erika: We keep this between us and no one can no what's going on. Promise me
Jake: I promise
Narrator: Jake was shocked she even suggested that. He was angry and felt his efforts were not enough. His anger caused him to agree but he knew that's not what he wanted. They hug each other and continue to watch the view. What they didn't realize is Kade saw the whole thing.
As the day goes on the boys and Erika end up going to the beach. They spent a few hours there. Jake decided he wanted to rent a Lambo and so did Kade. When they got done they head home and Tony suggest they go out clubbing.

Tony: I say we go out tonight. Did you know there's a club that is open 24 hours
Kade: *laughs* I'm down! Non stop partying
Jake: Idk bro I wanted to just stay in
Kade: No you're going and Erika too
Erika: Sorry I was putting my stuff away. Where are we going?
Tony: We're going to E11EVEN
Erika: I heard about that place, they know how to party. I'm down!
Kade & Tony: YESSS
Jake: Fine. Let's get ready

Narrator: Tony and Kade quickly got dressed and waited in the living room. Jake had no idea what to wear he searched his bag and ended up finding a loose white buttoned up shirt, ripped jeans and black high top sneakers. He fixed his hair and went to meet the others. Erika put on a silver and black mini dress with silver strap heels. She straightened her hair and did her make up. She went downstairs and met the boys.
Erika: I'm ready!
JKT: WOW
Erika: *laughs* thank you! Let's go now
Jake: I'm taking the lambo, Erika you want to come with me?
Erika: Sure
Kade: Tony and I will meet you there
Narrator: Jake and Erika head out. He can't help but stare at her, she notices and blushes.
Erika: You know you can take a picture it will last longer instead of just staring.
Jake: Believe me I will
Narrator: They all arrive and are escorted to their table. Kade and Tony start taking shots. Erika takes one but is having too much fun dancing. She ends up recognizing a friend from high school and talks to him. He introduces his girlfriend and his other friend. Jake watches from a distance, he didn't want to drink and make sure everyone would be okay. An hour and a half goes by and Kade is wasted. Tony met a few girls and Erika was still with her friends. Jake notices one getting really close with Erika, he starts getting jealous but he knew he couldn't say anything. After all she was single and not his.

E11EVEN
4 AM
Narrator: Everyone was having a good time. Jake was ready to go, Kade and Tony decide to stay longer. He goes to get Erika, she's laughing and flirting with this guy at the bar.
Jake: Hey Erika, lets go home
Erika: Do we have to, I'm having so much fun!!
Jake: Yeah I can't leave you here alone
Erika: But Kade and Tony are here too
Jake: They're both drunk. Let's go
Aiden: The lady doesn't want to go, if it helps I'll get your sister home safe
Jake: She's not my sister and I'm leaving without her
Aiden: Oh and you are what? Look she's fine with me
Jake: Fine! If that's what you want Erika I'm leaving
Narrator: Jake was pissed, he didn't want to cause a scene. He became friends with the owner and out of respect he chose to leave. He got in his car and drove off.
Back inside Erika felt bad, her mind was distracted. Aiden starts rubbing his hand on her back and she felt very uncomfortable.
Erika: Thanks for the drink but I'm going to go home.
Aiden: No stay with me, we can have some fun
Erika: No it's okay, thanks. Nice meeting you
Narrator: She quickly gets up and goes outside. She walks a few blocks and waits for her uber. Suddenly she feels someone grab her arm, she turns and sees Aiden.
Erika: Let go of me!!
Aiden: you thought you could just leave!
Narrator: He starts to pull her but a loud engine stops him. Jake gets out and yells for him to let her go. Aiden refuses and Jake gives him one punch in the face enough to make him stumble. He gets Erika in the car and drives off really fast.
Erika: Jake..
Jake: I don't want to hear it, just let me drive in peace
Narrator: The car ride was quiet and they get home. Jake gets out and goes straight to his room. Erika felt very dumb, she should've just listened to him. She goes to her room and changes. She gets in bed and tries to sleep but can't. Her mind was thinking about Jake. She decides to get up and go to his room. She goes in and he's asleep, she gets in the bed and lays with him. As she begins to fall asleep she feels his arm grab her waist and bring her closer to him. He whispers in her ear
Jake: I forgive you
Narrator: She smiles and falls asleep close to his chest.
