*Bonus Chapter*

On the other side of the room:

(*w*) Raven’s POV:

                There they are…

My heart was breaking seeing them like that…

I quickly turned away to prevent any more heart break.

“Oh my bondad! Is that chica and idiota… beso?!” Marzia’s fangirl shriek could be heard from my side. I grimaced at her high-pitched voice.

“Yes, Marzy. Vincent and Annie are kissing. Give them some room now.” I said as I pushed her away from the two. Marzia can be such a matchmaker in the group. I could still remember the time where she walked out from our table last time seeing Vincent and Quest together. She didn’t like the two, she wanted Vincent for Annie. I supposed she snapped.

“Marzia knew it!” She clapped her hands happily.

“Knew what?” I looked at her suspiciously, “You knew that this was going to happen?”

                Marzia nodded wildly.

“You knew that they would end up together?”

                She nodded wildly again.

I guess I wasn’t the only one who noticed it then. Marzia did too.

“Excuse me, have you seen, Vincent?” Someone asked from behind. Marzia and I turned at her directly. She had a tired look in her face. She must have been looking for Vincent for a long time now.

Marzia and I looked at one another and nodded.

“Amada, I heard your padre o madre are looking for negocio partners.” Marzia began and placed her arm around Quest’s shoulder. Quest looked at her with a confused expression so I stepped in to translate,

“She said that your parents are looking for business partners.”

“I see.” Quest smiled warmly at me. She turned to Marzia and nodded her head,

“Bueno. Marzia is too. Partners?” Marzia extended her hand to her. She quickly shook it and smiled. Well, by then, they’ll be talking about business and stuff. I don’t seem interested to listen anymore business stuff. My childhood was literally filled to the brim with it. So I turned around to leave.

“Wait.” Quest called out. I looked back at her and saw Marzia with an amused smile on her face. Oh no… don’t tell me little miss Matchmaker has something up her sleeves.

                “Yeah?”

“I didn’t catch your name.” She said softly. Huh? Did she forget? Anyways, it’s rude not to answer.

“I’m Raven. Raven Ashbourne.” I smiled back at her. She nodded her head and whispered something to Marzia. Marzy giggled at what she heard and walked away, still having that amused smile on her face. Quest went in front of me and bowed down.

“Will you dance with me, Raven?” She asked as she lifted her head at me. I bowed back at her and responded,

“I should be the one asking you that, Quest.” I extended my arm for her to hold and she held it gently.

Moving on immediately is not really an option. But I never said it wasn’t part of my plan either.

(*‘-‘*) Annie's POV:

We leaned back to catch our breath. When I looked around, some people were already looking at us. My cheeks flustered at the sight. When Vincent leaned again, I immediately stopped him.

“People are staring.” I mumbled shyly. He let out a laugh and hugged me instead.

“Fine. Don’t want you getting embarrassed in front of me. It’s cute though.”

“Shut up. Want to go inside now?” I asked him as I lifted my head. He gave me a small nod and led me inside. The room was warmer than I remembered, must be because the guests were increasing. I looked around hoping to find a familiar face and I wasn’t disappointed.

I found Raven and Quest dancing together and Marzia was at their side, looking at them with amusement.

I guess I’m not the only one with good news then.

“Hey, Anthony. Want some punch?” Vincent asked from my side.

“I always wonder. Why do you call me like that?” I crossed my arms at him and glared.

“To annoy the heck out of you.” Vincent smirked at me and winked. I wasn’t buying it of course so I glared at him harder. He raised his arms in defeat and sighed out, “Because I’m the only one who calls you that. Makes me sound special or something.”

“Pfft.” I covered my mouth to prevent myself from laughing out loud.

“Shut up, Anthony.” His cheeks turned red, “Do you want some or not?”

“Sure. Thanks.” I told him with a smile. Vincent really is a puzzle. But sweet lemons, thank goodness I was able to complete him. I watched him go away. While waiting, I decided to look at my friends. Wait… now that I’m done with the sealing… my gypsy powers will still remain! Ha-hah! Even though Quest and Vincent didn’t end up as soulmates, I still finished the request therefore, my powers are safe. Thank goodness for that as well.

“Hey! See that girl in her white Victorian-inspired gown?” Someone shouted from somewhere behind me. That voice… it sounds so familiar. Hey, isn’t that... My head immediately turned at the source of the sound and my eyes grew wide. Vincent was definitely making a scene.

“Yeah you!” Everyone was looking at him. Oh gawd, this is embarrassing. Some of them began to turn at me. Oh heck no. “Hey! I want to tell all of you guys present here tonight something!”

Vincent then looked at me softly and my cheeks heat up. Great, I was embarrassed AND giddy. What’s next? Vincent yelled out,

“Anthony Courice, that beautiful girl standing right there,” He pointed at me, “I freaking love you too!”

I don’t remember much after that. All I didn’t forget though was the sound of the people around us clapping their hands. That and the loud beating of my gypsy heart.

A/N: Aww... See? Everything went well in the end. Marzia suddenly pops out from out of the blue and flips her hair at me.

Marzia: Idiota! How about me?

Me: Now, now, Marzy. You'll have your moment.

Marzia: Marzia'd better.

Me: o.o
