the only thing i gained from growing up was losing the feeling of stress. 

now i don't worry about anything like i used to, i let it happen. i know i can work to fix my mistakes

i don't feel stressed or pressed. 

i know what i have to do 

so do you. 

you think that you won't be able to do it, so much work in one night, or one day right before it's due. 

you can. play the music you like, jam to it even, but work. keep your mind on the work you do and your hands away from your phone. 

get organized. 

find a planner, a whiteboard you can use as a to do list that you can update all the time.

it works. 

don't worry about your grade and instead focus on whether or not you can understand the material in class or not. 

sleep when you want, but be sure you do what you need to do.

you can do it.

I know you can.

And you know deep inside you can too.
