"I broke my roller skates today, I don't even know when I'll get the new ones! They had lights in them too!" Renée whined, staring with longing in her eyes at the broken mess in front of her.
"How did you break them?" Ciara questioned.
"I fell down on the stone pavement near the park and the little tires came off" she explained.
"Well, you can get them fixed, if you really like them so much! Ask Nathan, I'm sure he'll be able to help you" Ciara suggested.
"Oh yes! You're right! Of course, I'll tell Nathan, he will fix it up somehow. Thanks a lot, Ciara" Renée exclaimed, unable to contain her delight.
"You don't need to thank me, Renée. After all, I'm a part of you" Ciara whispered in a raspy voice.
