As Renée was about to enter, Dione pulled her aside.
"Okay, Renée, not trying to be rude, but what was that? Can't you understand that travelling requires money and she has no job? You're supposed be her friend, please don't misguide her" Dione asked her, apparently she had been listening on their conversation.
"I'm sorry, but I swear I don't intend to misguide her. I just made her decision easier. People motivate the person in problem by saying 'you need to work, you need to do this, you can do it, this is for your benefit' as if its helping them. What they don't realize is that its only building up the pressure and confining them to one thing. What you're calling motivation is actually mental pressure for them. At such a point, you need to give them an option, choices, make them know that they're still in-charge of their lives and they aren't mere puppets. You need to make them realize that they have a say in the decisions of their lives. They won't deviate, it'll only make their decisions easier and make them see clearly" Renée explained.
"Whoa! Renée, that was really deep, and it actually makes sense!" she said, beaming while she locked her arms with Renee's, entering the party hall.
