The Eiffel tower was iconic, the chatter of people nonstop, the familiar click of cameras bearing the job of background music, as the sun proceeded to hide beneath the covers of the clouds.
But yet, only one person mattered in the sea of people. It had been days since she met him, but it felt like forever. The brown eyes full of determination had become dull, his hair messy and a light stubble lined his jaw. Reneé ran towards her brother, her eyes watering and jumped into his embrace.
She only realized now, how much she had missed him, she was reuniting with a piece of her heart.
He stared at her, not saying a word, taking her in, making sure she was okay.
"Are you crazy? How could you do this Reneé? You stooped so low so as to work with drug dealers?" he raved.
Reneé narrowed her eyes, confusion lining her forehead. It was going to be a long night.
