“Shit,”

I rolled over, confused why I woke up to Tobias cussing. Is something wrong? I squinted through my lashes to see him looking at his boxers, confused. He looked up at me wearily.

“Oops… Didn’t mean to wake you.” He said, still looking lost.

I smiled. “It’s fine. Why are you cussing?”

“Uh…” He looked down at his boxers again. This time he looked at me quickly, then looked away, blushing. What is going on? He never blushes.

“Tobias? What’s up?”

He looks as if he is fumbling for words before he finally speaks. “Last night…”

OH. He thinks we had sex. I tried not to laugh, and kept a poker face. No wonder he kept looking at his boxers. He is confused why he is wearing so little clothing, and he can’t remember anything. I decided to play with him a little bit.

I smiled warmly. “Last night… was great.”

His eyes bugged. “What?”

“I really enjoyed myself… Didn’t you?”

“Uh. Um? I’m sure I did.” He scratched his head, looking away.

“Four.. Are you saying you don’t remember what we did last night?” I asked sadly.

“Tris, please don’t be mad.” He said quickly. “But I can’t remember a thing. SHIT. I can’t even remember. I wanted it to be special and now look. I ruined-“

I giggled, cutting him off. “We didn’t have sex.”

“We didn’t?” He asked, looking even more confused.

“Nope. I’m just playing with you. You looked so lost that I had to. I would never do that if I knew you wouldn’t remember.”

He glared at me. “That’s not funny.”

“Yes it is,” I said laughing, kissing his chest.

“Why am I in my boxers then?”

“Because you wanted to have sex,” I said quietly, embarrassed.

He groaned. “I’m never drinking again. What did I do?”

“You kept trying to take my clothes off. But you weren’t too persistent; you listened when I told you to stop.”

“I’m sorry,”

“Don’t worry about it, really. It wasn’t that bad.” I said, and then started laughing.
