21. (Fack&Jyatt)

"what if Finn Wolfhard kisses you" jaeden teased, I pretended to gag. "I don't even think he's going to the carnival" I said. Jaeden laughed, "what?" I said.

"Your saying the most popular kid isn't going to be at the schools carnival" jaeden said, "your making this situation worse" I said slapping his arm.

"What situation?" Jaeden smiled, "the fact that I'm running the kissing booth there" I groaned. Jaeden suddenly remembered and started laughing, "oh yea" he said.

"Whatever see you after school" I grumbled, jaeden waved and we walked to our last period.

After school

"Jack get your lips ready, I'll get the chapstick if you want" jaeden said, "shut up before I tell Wyatt you like him" I said. His eyes widened and he stayed quiet, "that's what I thought" I said.

"Is your mom going to make you wear anything?" Jaeden asked, "just some heart hat, something like that" I said. He nodded, "if you want, I can be with you in the kissing booth" he suggested.

I smiled, "please?" I asked. He shrugged, "why not I have nothing to do" he said and I cheered. "Well let's set up the booth" he said, as we stood in the empty space surrounded by other people.

"This ain't that bad" jaeden said, as 2 hours passed. "Yea because nobody has showed up yet" I said annoyed, "why are you mad? This is what you wanted" he said.

"I'm not mad? Just tired" I lied, jaeden nodded and played with his hat. I put my head on the counter looking around, i then saw Finn in my view and gasped.

"What?" Jaeden said, "Finn's here" I said hiding behind a curtain, "so" jaeden said. I looked again and smiled, "and so is Wyatt" I said as jaeden hid behind the counter.

"Can we leave?" jaeden said, I shook my head. "We can't my mom said we have to do this" I said, jaeden closed his eyes. "Is anybody in this booth?" A voice said.

I made a 'shh' noise to jaeden but he had a different idea, "no" he said in a high voice. I shut my eyes and sighed, I stood up and put on a fake smile, "yes just doing something" I said and pulled jaeden up.

A girl stood in front of us and smiled, she gave us two dollars and kissed both our cheeks. She then walked away with a wave, my cheeks then turned pink.

Jaeden wiped it off his face, "what I'm gay" he said and I giggled. Two girls then got in line and me and jaeden smiled at eachother, but his was more forced.

As the lined got bigger and me and jaeden being to distracted, we didn't notice that both Finn and Wyatt got in line. When I peeked to see how long the line got, I saw Finn and his little smirk.

Fuck.
