Part 27, Blind

Ariana P.O.V

It was a bit awkward after that row me and Lola had. During rehearsal she kept looking at me a lot. I didn't want anything to do with her until she changed her ways. I was in squeeze just thinking about life, when Perri comes and sits next to me. "Hey Ari, why do you look so sad baby" he said as he kissed me on the forehead. "Me and Lola had this massive row today before everyone came" I tell him. "Oh, don't worry about her" he says. I smile at him. Then we head back to studio 1 together, hand in hand. Ms.Kate gives us some pretty weird news. Apparently, the internationals board sent a list of dances, and each one Ms.Kate has to pick dancers to do them. But there is a twist to each one of them that makes the dance harder like you have to include a certain amount of this move, or you all have to be connected by some rope. Really weird things, then we peformed it to small audiences at our local theatre or something. The first one, I was chosen. I had to do the dance along with Chloe, Thalia, Alfie and Beth. And the twist to our dance is...we all have to be blindfolded when peforming. Wow...how are we going to pull that off? We immediatley start rehearsing in studio 4.

We now have our dance. We have practiced it a couple of times with our eyes closed, but it's very nerve wracking. And if tomorrow, we can't do it without falling off the stage in front of an audience, we are out of regionals. Simple as. And Ms.Kate has to video it and send it to the nationals board to prove that we did it.

It is the night of our peformance, and I am really scared. We are all waiting for our go on the sidelines. I am pacing, very nervous. "Hey" Perri says, placing a hand on my hip. "You'll be fine" He sniles. "But what if I fall, that is so embarrassing and we won't go to nationals" I say, panicking. He thinks for a second. "Ok, how about this. If you don't fall off the stage, then I will take you on a date tomorrow." He says. This makes me feel a lot better, more determined. "Ok" I smile. Then we kiss on the lips, and our studio is called onto stage. I get into position.

Throughout the dance, all I am thinking is do.not.fall!!! The blindfolds are really tight on our faces. It is actually quite dizzy sometimes, but by the way that the audience keeps on cheering, I am assuming it is going well. We finish the dance and take the blindfolds off. So far we are still in nationals. I run off and give Perri a hug. We both smile. And randomly, I notice that he is starting to grow a moustache. It is very thin and light, but it is there, and it just makes him 20x hotter.

Perri P.O.V

I am so glad Ari didn't fall off the stage. I really wanted to take her on a date! I love her so much!

Ariana P.O.V

When I am changed again, I take Perri by the hand. It is dark outside. We stand outside the building and kiss. For some reason, we really love kissing. Maybe it is because we are both very good at it, but we do love it a lot. His strong light brown arms are around my waist, and my arms are around his neck. I love him so much.
