Hear, Speak, Ask, Know
Did you hear
When I cried in fear?
Did you hear:
I've waited a year?
Did you hear
That I'd shed a tear?
Did you hear?
Haven't you an ear?
Did you speak
When my day was bleak?
Did you speak
When my heart went weak?
Did you speak?
Tears ran down my cheek.
Did you speak?
It's you whom I seek.
Did you ask
Why I wear a mask?
Did you ask:
"In what, do you bask?"
Did you ask,
That's a heavy task?
Did you ask?
Why I hold a cask?
Did you know
Where I want to go?
Did you know:
My spirits are low?
Did you know:
For me, time is slow?
Did you know....
That I love you so?
