A/N:

This is what my definition of love is. You guys are free to question, contradict, and condemn my beliefs. (haha!)

I don't remember when I wrote this. But, I hope that you'll enjoy reading! =)

Dedicated to Treska Arphinette Sacay, aka MyHeartIsInCanada. She helped me in a lot of ways, more than I can ever admit.

Love

Let us sit by the fire

In our sleep attire

Then you'll play me your lyre.

'Tis simplicity that our lives require;

To do these 'til to old age we retire.

And then your sweet smile, I shall see

Above your warm cup of coffee.

It is a picture so lovely

That only you can give to me.

I'll recall that 'til I cease to be.

So when it comes that we should die,

Together we'll soar to the sky.

We need not ask the reasons why

Because 'tis where our futures lie.

And then... we'll link our hands and fly.
