A/N: Found this today.... written on a scratch paper. And I completely forgot about it. =) It was still unfinished when I saw it, so I added a few more lines. Here it is. Enjoy!

Heart's Dearest Wish

A childish dream, a fantasy;

A sweet, unchanging melody,

For long I wished, and long I hoped.

Allow my yearning to be heard!

It is that I may sing a song,

And hear the others sing along.

I may possess a little voice,

But with it, I shall sing of joys!

I also wish to hear them croon:

My kindred singing of their boon.

So if you have a bottled song,

Come, sing it! Make it nice and long.

Undoubtedly, we shall repose

Beneath this Earth's green, grassy slopes.

So let that voice of yours be heard.

Oh silence! It is real absurd.
