Investigatory Project, Before the Defense

It was a trial of our wits,

And we were nearly crushed to bits.

It was a new road to tread on:

A tedious battle to be won.

In it, we put our blood and tears:

We’ve cast away our fears.

We hope now for a victory,

Born of our unity.
