Entreaty

Storm, come and kiss my soul so;

Be cold, be harsh,

But don't let me go.

Winds, whip 'round and blow about;

Chill me, kill me,

Just don't throw me out.

Engulf me completely,

And let no one see

The warm, bitter tears...

The sighs no one hears.

Come and heal this broken heart

That they trampled on and ripped apart.

Reach out to me and take my hand;

Please bring me to that wonder land:

To where I'd never hear their lies...

The glorious realm called Paradise.
