"Dan, slow down." I mumbled quietly as he gently pushed me into his apartment, his hands placed on my waist and nose against mine.

"Sorry.." He laughed as we stumbled backwards into the hallway, Dan not bothering to flick on the light switch.

He turned around quickly and slammed the front door, pushing my body against it, his hand still firmly held in mine. He faced back to me and we both stood still like this, for what seemed like minutes; but infact seconds, until I grabbed the collar of his shirt and pulled him closer towards me, reaching up to him and pressing his lips down to mine.

Dan smiled against my mouth, putting his arms either side of me and leaning his weight into the door behind. I lifted my hands around his head and moved them up the back of his neck, finding the end of his glasses and lifting them up over his eyes. We broke away for a second only slightly, our noses still touching.

"Urm..I can't really see.." He murmered with a smirk, making me bite my lower lip as I looked straight into his blue eyes.

"Right, sorry..." I breathed against his skin as I lifted his glasses back over his head, on top of his ears. Moments later, we were kissing again as his hands dug into my waist making me gasp lightly in shock. I felt him move his hands underneath my legs when suddenly an interruptance caused me to reluctantly take my mouth from his.

"Hey Dan hav- oh.." Kyle entered the room, stopping speaking mid-sentence. Dan turned to face him as I lowered my head and looked down at the hallway floor in embarrassment.

"...Violet?" Kyle asked awkwardly as I looked up at him, pursing my lips together and sheepishly smiling at him.

"Well..I'm going out anyway, so..yeah..bye guys." He muttered before leaving out the back door.

I laughed a little before Dan's expression grew even more intense than it was earlier. He brought his hand up towards me, grabbing the side of my face and pulling me into a kiss, only for me to tilt my head to the opposite side and lift my hand up on top of his as if telling him to stop what we're doing. A slow silence occured before one of us decided to speak.

"Are you okay?" He asked sympathetically, still not moving an inch away from me.

"Yeah..it's nothing." I mumbled under my breath.

"Was it Kyle? I didn't know he was here..I sw-"

"Dan.."

"I knew I shouldn't have brought you back, I mean..as if you want t-"

"Dan..st-

"Shall we just go back to the park?"

"Dan, shutup." I laughed, taking my index finger and pressing it to his lips as I smiled and shook my head, taking my hand away.

"You've done nothing wrong..believe me." I smirked, pressing my hand into his chest.

"I just, I don't think it's the right time...let's just..take it slow, okay?"

"Take what slow?" He asked as the sides of his mouth curved into an even wider smile.

"I know what you're doing Dan, you're not going to get me to say it." I exclaimed seconds later, raising my eyebrows and closing my eyes as I moved away from him, removing the direct contact.

"Say what?" He questioned. I could almost hear the sarcastic smile behind his voice as I turned back to face him.

"I'm n-"

I get interrupted in the middle of my speech by the constant ringing of my mobile phone sitting in my pocket.

I sigh, annoyed as I look towards Dan, throwing my head back and groaning as I pull it out of my pocket.
