The flames at the corners of the battle field erupted and the competitors came out onto the field.

"The assassin from class 1-B! Pretty things have thorns, you know! From the hero course, it's Ibara Shiozaki!" Present Mic announced.

A girl with a very calm and tranquil demeanor walked onto the stage. Her hair was green like the forest and appeared to be made out of vines.

'I wonder what her Quirk is,' You thought to yourself.

"Versus- Sparkling Killing Boy! From the hero course, it's Denki Kaminari!" Present Mic declared.

You smiled at the ridiculous nickname he gave Kaminari, secretly hoping he didn't give you a stupid one as well.

The crowd roared at the challengers coming onto the stage.

"Now, we'll have a super flashy battle this time too-"
"Um, please excuse the interruption," The class B participant spoke up in a beautiful, smooth voice, "What do you mean by "assassin"? I have only come to find victory, not to take my opponent's life."
"I-I'm sorry," Present Mic's apology was awkward, and he seemed caught off guard at her words.
"In the first place, I wished to enter U.A. High School not for wicked reasons, but for the salvation of others..." She explained, clasping her hands together as a ray of sunlight seemed to shine down on her.
"I said, I'm sorry!" Present Mic blurted. "My bad, okay!?"
"I thank you for your understanding," Shiozaki then bowed.

You leaned back in your chair, opening and chugging another bottle of water.

'She's so polite. But it's kinda ridiculous if you ask me.' You thought to yourself.

The match then started after Kaminari exchanged some words with her about wanting to take her out on a date.

You rolled your eyes at Kaminari's declaration. Of course, Desperate Denki was always looking for a girlfriend.

Kaminari released his special move, "Indiscriminate Shock, 1.3 million volts!!"

Shiozaki blocked the electricity with her vine-hair. Her vines dug underground and wrapped around Kaminari, rendering him immobile. The match was over within seconds.

The crowd went wild as Shiozaki was declared the winner.

The competitors exited the stage, and it was prepared for the next match.

"What's that? Didn't he say he'd settle it in a second?" A maniacal voice teased.

You looked over at the stands next to you to see Monoma looking over the edge at your class. You scowled, but quickly covered it up to assure no one saw the grumpy side of you.

"That's strange, he was defeated in a second, wasn't he?" Monoma continued. "Class A is supposed to be better than Class B, so isn't that weird? AHAHAHAHAH- GAK!"

He suddenly dropped and another face popped up. It was a girl with bright orange hair.

"Sorry!" She apologized with a warm smile. She seemed genuinely sorry for having Monoma bother your class like that. Soon, she disappeared back to her seat.

You furrowed your brows in confusion, but quickly shook it off. You got up and turned towards Bakugou.

"I gotta go to the waiting room, I'm on deck." You informed.

He briefly glanced up at you before looking away.

You grabbed your last water bottle, and then walked to the waiting room to wait for your match. The walk was short and you had soon reached the room. You entered the waiting room and leaned against the table. You opened the drink and put the bottle to your lips.
