I looked at life cynically,
Until one night came in serendipity.
Simple is the word, beautiful it sounds,
Its better felt than the connotation's bounds.
It finds you when expected least,
When we believe glee has bequeathed.
Never fear, for it awaits in the corner,
And truth being told, its quite a transformer.
It slays the darkness and brings the light,
On sullen days it fights the fright.
It sprinkles hope,
When all we wish is to mope.
So thank the universe when it finds you,
Help someone who is askew.
For if we receive and return nothing,
Serendipity's bliss might buckle.
So smile and spread the joy,
Stop being a person so coy.
Live and let live, Love and let love,
Scatter the warmth; all the way up above...
