Wind in my hair, shining golden bronze,
Whispering in my ears, exhaling lazy yawns.
Drops of salty water, molten on my lips,
The sand between my feet, slowly slips.
Waves forming in the ocean, crashing on the shore,
To the kingdom of Heaven, horizon is certainly the door.
Sea gulls chirping, hungrily preying on clam,
With their tiny eyes, the world they scan.
Clouds dancing away, bringing in the summer rains,
Soaking me completely, permeating my veins.
Makes me wonder why worry at all, walking by the quay,
Who knows what the tides might bring in and what they may take away.
This one is all of us that feel lost at sea. Life has but one constant, change.
Especially, I would like to dedicate this one to swatiagarwal001, no matter the situation, it will change, for the better. You are one strong willed woman, and sweet too! Stay as you are, who knows what the tides might bring ♡
