"Yes. And for the first time ever, I'm not hiding from that fact. While on the trip I learned something about myself, something scary and kind of confusing. And for the longest time I tried to ignore it but, I love boys and girls... it's who I am"

Y/n POV
Within the next few hours, I would come to learn exactly what Ryan and Jai were arguing about.
"Y/n! Y/n! It is true the post by Jai was in respond to a conversation the two of you had!"
"Are you and Lauren Jauregui dating?"
"Y/n! Y/n! Y/n!"
One minute we were standing outside the plane waiting for the buses to arrive and the next, I was being hounded by paparazzi
"What the fuck are they talking about?!" I yell as security escorts me Jai, Ryan and Ruth to a safe zone
"Yeah Jai, why don't you tell her just exactly what the fuck is going on!" Ryan yells
"... IJustPostedATweetAboutHowAFriendCameOutToMeAndIDidntThinkTheyWouldAssumeItWasYouImSorry!" Jai says all at once
"What?" I say
"Jai posted about you telling him you were bi!" Ryan say
I then stand there in shock
"You What." I say
"I didn't say YOU I said a friend. How was I supposed to know they would trace it to you?" Jai pleads
"Maybe because THEY ALREADY THINK IM GAY JAI WTF!" I scream
"I'm sorry, I was just trying to make you feel better..." Jai says
"Jai it's ok, I understand and I'm sure y/n does too" Ruth says
"... I tell you one think and you blurt it out to the world" I say teary eyed
"It was a secret between me and you... not the world" I say
"I'm so sorry y/nn" Jai says with a tear streaming down his face
"Ok you guys need to tell me exactly what happened and now!" My manager Chris walks in our safe zone tent and says

We then tell him everything... about me and Jai's conversation. The only people who knew about my sexuality were my band mates and I wanted to keep it that way.
"Ok well, the press don't really have a story to go off here" Chris says. "Jai you didn't directly say y/n's name but that's not gonna stop assumptions"
"Yeah and I feel shit about it" Jai says
"Why?" Chris asks
"... Because I practically targeted a friend- family" Jai says
"Well there is nothing wrong with being gay, lesbian or bisexual so what's the problem?" Chris asks. "If you aren't gay then there is no need to feel targeted. And even if you were gay, your friend posted that message out of love, it may feel like a push towards the closet door but, that's other peoples words speaking for you." Chris says reassuring me

After the press had died down we were able to hop on a buses and join the others at the hotel.
Jai's stunt turned out to only fuel the y/shipname fandom other than that, no one else really cared. The paparazzi only had rumors with no proof. Within a few hours, the story dropped
"Hey you're back, are you ok?" Lauren asks as I enter our room
"Yeah, I'm great" I say lunging my self towards her and embracing her lips
"Whoa, I thought you'd be upset about the news?" She says
"I was but... I'm not straight. I don't think I'm gay though... I just think I love people" I say
"That's good. That's good you know that" she says kissing my check
"Yeah So who cares what half the world thinks. Labels are stupid. I just wanna be me" I say moving us over to the bed
"I want you to just be you too" Lauren says as she pulls me into a passionate kiss

The next few days consisted of my team failing very badly, us moving to another location and me and Lauren getting closer
Now we were lounging by a pool in Barcelona with the rest of fifth harmony; I had also grown closer to them
"I can't believe we only have 2 weeks left of this" Dinah says
"And only four locations left" Normani says
"I know, I'm gonna miss this" Ally says
"And I'm gonna miss this", Lauren says squeezing my thigh... we were sharing a lounge chair
I quickly stop her noticing the amount of people around us plus, the girls didn't know about me and her, well, everyone except Normani.
She had walked in on me and Lauren making out on the bed... we had connecting rooms.
"What's That's lo?" Normani asks raising her eyebrows
"Nothing" Lauren says
