"Well, I couldn't have done it without you so-" Shawn says inching closer to me
"Hey! You guys did so good! Plus this single is climbing up the charts so congratulations!" Chris says
"Thanks Chris" I say
"Hey so..." Chris says pulling me away from Shawn and turning us around
"So Lauren and Ryan have gone exclusive and I just wanted to let you know before you saw it on the news" he says
"Exclusive? Like they're official now?" I say
"Yeah... you ok?" He asks
"Yeah it's fine... I'm fine" I say
"When was the last time you spoke to either or them?" He asks
"I talked to Ryan a bit a few days ago and, I've spoken to Lauren a bit but, not one on one" I say
"Ok well, prepare for a swarm of people with loads of questions because they're coming for you" He says

We were leaving the venue when it happened and just as Chris said, we were swarmed.
"Y/n Y/n What do you think about the Lauren and Ryan news?!"
"Y/n Tell us how you feel about Lauren and Ryan?"
"Your ex girlfriend and ex best friend are dating! How do you feel!"
"My ex what!" I say
"No no y/n, don't provoke them" Chris says pulling me closer to him
"We really need to invest in more body guards" he says struggling to get me through the crowd
"You think-" I say as I accidentally bite my lip and trip falling to the ground
I was in a sea of paparazzi with no sight of anyone I knew. Just flashes and a lot of men yelling at me.
"Y/n! Grab my hand" a voice calls out
I didn't recognize it but, I sure as hell trusted it.
"Come on" the voice says again pulling me out of the crowd
"Are you ok?" The voice says as I finally see just who saved me
"Shawn? What are you?-" I asks
"I saw you fall and I ran to make sure you were alright, can't have you getting lost on me now" he smiles
I just smile. Something about his smile comforted me.
"My bad" I say smiling making him laugh
"COME ON GUYS!" Chris yells as he signals for us to get in the car
"Chris I can't believe you lost me!" I say laughing
"Shut up, one of those vultures hit my arm and when you fell I couldn't see you" He says
"Good thing Shawn was there, or I'd be gone and it would be all your fault Chris" I joke
"Hahaha you're so funny y/n" he says sarcastically
