I wanted to make these last 2 chapters good enough for you guys. (Technically it is one because the next one is going to be really short). So I hope you enjoy. I was not able to post before because I have no idea what was up with Wattpad. I hope those who have been reading, still want to finish it.

CHAPTER 38: IT'S A MIRACLE HOW HE NEVER FAILS TO SURPRISE ME

"Parker! You jerk!"

I stared at him as he continued to run across the hospital parking lot, all the way to his mom's car.

"I'm going to get him back."

Ryan chuckled. "I know you are."

I looked down at the ground, seeing all the thing Parker had left for me to carry. Not to mention that I had to push Ryan around in his wheelchair. Oh he was fine. The doctor just wanted to make sure that Ryan would not have to experience any "unnecessary" and "additional" trauma to his head. I needed one because Parker was causing my head trauma. Personally though, I think Ryan just liked relaxing while someone pushed him around everywhere.

"Ryan you can walk you now."

"That would be disobeying the doctor's orders."

"And that's exactly why I don't like you."

"I know. You looooooove me," he said, extending the o sound.

I chuckled, leaned down to kiss him, and continued pushing him. Ryan would be okay, he just needed to keep getting treatment to make sure the tumor would not return. For some reason I knew he was going to be okay (now I mean). Looking down at Ryan I noticed a big smile on his face. I nudged his arm.

"What are you smiling about?"

"Nothing," he shrugged, "I was just thinking about how happy I am right now."

I smiled back at his words. Not even because I thought I was the one making him happy, but just the mere fact that he was happy was enough to make me happy. "I'm glad," I responded.

We finally made it across the parking lot to the car. Fortunately, Ryan was able to walk on his own, otherwise Parker would have made me carry Ryan into the car. We were going to my house where my mom was waiting for us with a big meal she made.

My stomach was seriously calling my name, begging to be fed. I tried calming it down telling it that it would get food soon. Of course this earned be the same weird stares from both of the "men" in the car.

Once we arrived to my house, there was a big welcoming for the one who just got out of the hospital. Before we ate, we all relaxed for a little. For me that involved going to my room. I excused myself from everyone and walked up my stairs. Not even a few stairs up, I heard footsteps following me. I turned to see none other than Ryan.

"Well well well. What do we have here. Disobeying rhe doctor are we?" I smirked at him, but stopped on the stair on which I was standing.

"I would offer for you to carry me?" He said with a slight question in his tone.

I laughed wholeheartedly. He was seriously offering not to carry me, but for me to carry him. "Your doctor said no head trauma. You know I'll drop you on accident."

He looked at me without saying a single word and passed by me on the steps. "Wow call me fat then." He continued to walk with a serious expression on his face, not showing any signs that he was kidding.

I laughed and jumped on my bed once we reached the room.

"I don't know why you're laughing. This really isn't funny."
