Chapter 2: The New Santiago Corp.

Ray and Renee got into their car and drove towards the base. They surprisingly didn't encounter any N.E.G. Soldiers along the way. They went into the garage and parked their car in their own personal parking spot. They both got out of the car and went into an elevator that still worked. Most tech was shut down around the world. Only a few pieces of technology still worked after the incident with the thing in the sky a couple of days ago. "So what do you think the thing in the sky was?" Ray asked. "It was obviously something powerful! What else can make almost everything on Earth run out of power?" Renee said and asked. "The government can turn off all power, but that thing turned almost everything off before they did! The thing even turned nearly all of the cars off!" Ray said. "True." Renee responded back.

The elevator doors opened. They walked out of the elevator and went into the planning room. Lexan and Max were waiting for them. There were soldiers in there also. One of them being Sergeant Caleb Wares. "You guys are finally here." Lexan said. "Yep we are. What's the thing you wanted to give us?" Ray asked excitingly. "Oh that was just an excuse to get you here." Max said. "Max...Why would you lie?" Renee asked annoyed. "Because instead of you guys coming in happy you guys would come in acting tired." Max said. "Good point. What's the plan?" Renee asked. "We've found a way to get into the world government building!" Lexan said confidently. "Is it a quick way or a slow way?" Ray asked. "It will take about a few weeks, since the government is low on technology and electricity we might as well take advantage. We strike small government buildings, then we build up to the bigger ones. We get allies, and we make the government buildings bases." Lexan said. "Won't other rebellions get in our way?" Ray asked. "Sadly yes. We are built on destroying this new government for the better of the people, while others are trying to destroy it only because of ego. The egotistical ones will try to fight us, while the smart ones will team up with us." Lexan said. "Good point. Now since we have a good plan we need the equipment for it." Ray said. "Already have it. You're not the only one out there looking for supplies." Caleb said. "Ok that's good. Now let's get this plan into action!" Lexan said.
