03/08/21 editing me: i got the name huge uranus from that famous hunger games parody.

i stared blankly down at my notebook filled with decent looking notes and my textbook that's filled with doodles from previous students

i tried processing all this useless information into my head, but it just won't go through

how is it that i can memorize lyrics to over 1,000 different songs and songs that aren't even in my own language, yet i can't memorize 5 pages of notes that are right in front of me

ok y/n. you can do this. just memorize these notes for tomorrow's test and then you can forget about it right after you're done

as i was rereading the notes and passages, hyunjin walked into the room

'hey. whatcha doing?' he asked walking towards me

i immediately put my palm onto his chest, stopping him right there

'oh-uh-um-k then' he said looking down at my hand

'sorry. just don't come any closer. please. i'm in desperate need of trying to absorb these informations in and you would just distract me' i said, still staring down at my notes

'i can help you study' hyunjin said, moving my hand off of his chest

'no you can't. you'll distract. now go away. shoo shoo' i said staring at my books while shooing him with my hands

hyunjin decided not to listen to me and grabbed a chair and placed it right next to me

he sat down and placed his head onto the desk, near my books

i shifted my eyes from my books onto his face and he was looking at my notes

'hmm this is easy' he said casually

hyunjin started explaining to me the topic and what it was about

i may have written down notes but i never said i understood those notes

sooner or later, i finally understood my notes and i stopped studying

'nuh-uh. open up those books again, and go over it one more time' hyunjin said sternly while pointing at my books

'okay mom' i emphasized on the word mom

'don't call me that. call me daddy' he said with a smirk

'the door.' i said without looking at him but instead at my notes and pointing towards the door

hyunjin snickered before flopping down onto our bed

a few minutes later, i was finished studying and realized he fell asleep

i looked at the time and realized it was late, 11:08

i got ready for bed and crawled into bed with him

THE NEXT DAY
AFTER THE TEST

i was 'patiently' waiting for my test results to be posted. if you can call tapping my foot repeatedly, tapping my fingers on the desk, and looking back and forth from the door and my desk, patiently waiting

i saw the teacher slamming a piece of paper onto the wall and quickly jumped up

i ran towards the piece of paper and quickly looked for my name

right when i saw my name and the grade posted next to it, i let out a small squeal

i ran back home and saw hyunjin laying on the couch

'i gOT A 96' i yelled

'good job. next time, get a 100' he said while looking at me

'you sound like my mom. shut the fuck up' i said as i jumped on him

he wrapped his arms around me and we laid on the couch watching movie for the rest of the day

a/n: i should be sleeping. imma go after this

i thought abt the 'the rose imagines' book and i will make one. i already got it planned out. i just need to write a few imagines and then i'll publish it
