The building blew, the Time Lords survived, and now we retreated back to the TARDIS for some much needed rest. We collapsed in the jump seat together, and I leaned my head on the Doctor's shoulder.
"Long day." I stated.
"And now we were getting readings on the sonic. They lead us to a place called the Powell Estate.
"You do realize that people actually live hee, do you not?"
"So?"
"So, have you ever considered that maybe the humans will question some weird guy poking around their front door?"
"Weird guy? What about you?"
"I'm not considered weird by their standards." I pointed out.
"You're just like me." I laughed. "Why's that funny?"
"No resaon...dumbo."
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"Nothing! Nothing." I denied with a laugh." Have you looked in the mirror lately?"
"No. Have you?" I nodded.
"I look gorgeous as ever." he didn't reply, and I noticed red creep up his neck. "Oh my gosh, you agree!"
"I do not."
"You're blushing, Doctor. You like the way I like, do you?" I asked.
"Shut up."
"Make me."
"That can be arranged." My smile fell at the serious look on his face. His eyes trailed down to my mouth. I bit my lip, turning away from him.
"Um...I'm feeling a bit tired, you mind if I rest for a bit before we trace the signal?"
"No, not at all." I nodded, getting up and walking back into the TARDIS. Moments like these have been happening for Nine hundred years. Nine hundred years, and I'm still confused as ever about how I feel about the Doctor. But he feels the same, so I'm not too concerned.
~~~Doctor~~~
I know exactly how I feel about Katherine. I'm in love with her. Always have been, even before I stole the TARDIS, not that she knows that. She didn't even know me at that time and it just so happens that she's inside the TARDIS that I chose to take? The way my life is, I don't believe in coincidences. But then again I feel rather silly believing in fate. But then again...
Why did I chose this TARDIS? Why did she?
~~~Katherine~~~
I slept for a bit then got up, twisting my hair into a braid before proceeding into the console room. The Doctor was at the console, looking at the monitor.
"Sleep well?" He asked, looking between the screen and console and pressing buttons.
"I did, yeah. So Powell Estate?"
"Powell Estate." He repeated flipping the switch. The TARDIS took off and I grabbed the console to keep from falling over. The Doctor looked at me, laughing. He loves the TARDIS. He loves everything about it and it's very entertaining to watch. The TARDIS landed and the Doctor grabbed my hand, pulling me out onto the street. He released it to grab his sonic out of his pocket and scan around. "Come on." He walked up the stairs, scanning all the doors, coming to a stop at one of the middle ones. "here."
"You're sure?" I asked.
"Posotive." He crouched down to the cat flap, opening it and sticking to sonic through, scanning again before pulling it out. He looked up at me. "Yup. Definetly this one."
