"I just thought that's what aliens looked like." The coroner, who we discovered was named Tosh, told us. "But you're saying it's an ordinary pig, from earth."

"It's actually more like a mermaid. Victorian showmen used to draw crowds by taking the scull of a cat, attatching  it to a fish and calling it a mermaid." I explained.

"Somebody's taken this pig, opened up it's brain, strapped bits on, then they've strapped it in that ship, made it dive-bomb. It must've been terrified."

"They've taken this poor creature and turned it into some kind of cruel joke." I whispered.

"So it's a fake..." We walked out the door while she continued talking, going back to the TARDIS. We parked it back where it was and Rose came inside.

"Alright, so we lied. We went and had a look. But the whole crash landing's a fake. I thought so. Just too perfect. I mean, hitting Big Ben, come on. So we thought, 'Let's go and have a look-"

"My mum's here." She said. I turned aorund, spotting Jackie with her hands over her mouth, and Mickey as well.

"Oh, that's just waht I need. Don't you dare make this place domestic!"

"Yeah, because the two of you sneakin' off to have a snog isn't domestic."

"We made that up, actually." I told her.

"You two ruined my life." Mickey said. We looked at him. "They thought she was dead, I was a murder suspect because of you guys."

"See whta I mean? Domestic!"

"I bet you don't even remember my name."

"Ricky."

"It's Mickey." Mickey and I corrected together.

"No, it's Ricky."

"I think I know my own name."

"You think, you know your own name. How stupid are you.

"And we're sorry Mickey, honestly we are. It was an accident, I swear." I told him.

"That's a proper apology. I like her. Not so much a fan of you, mate."

"Mum, don't!" Rose called as her mother ran out of the TARDIS. "Don't go anywhere." She told us. "Don't start a fight."  She ran back inside within seconds. "That was a real Spaceship?"

"Yep!" The Doctor and I said together.

"So it was all a pack of lies. What is it then that they're invading."

"Funny way to invade, putting the world on red alert." Mickey stated.

"Good point!' The Doctor praised. "So what're they up to?"

"Wait, Mickey, repeat what you said." I said.

"Funny way to invade, putting the world on red alert?" I nodded.

"Unless...it's a distraction from something that's already here." I pointed out.

"Oh, that's genius!" He grabebd my face, kissing my forehead.

I paced back and forth in the console room while the Doctor laid under the grate, working on the TARDIS.

"What're you doing down there?" mickey asked him.

"Rickey."

"Mickey."

"Rickey. If I was to tell you what I was doing to the controls of my frankly magnificent time ship, would you even begin to understand?" He asked.

"I suppose not."
