"Enough! If you want to betray Nohr, fine by me. I thought we had soemthing thicker than blood...I suppose not."

"If you wish to betray your favmily who still loved you while you were away, then so be it. Hoshidans! Corrin has gone traitor! Attack him!"

Both the Nohrians me Hoshidans sent their troops up towards Corrin and at eachother. The prince was conflicted and felt like he was going to tear apart. He looked back at Azura, Felicia, and you.

You grabbed your trusty axe, easy to kill anyone who stepped near your lord. You were a fighter, one with exceedingly high skill and speed. You were a stealthy and strong foe that would be hard to beat.

You saw an oni savage try to ambush Corrin while he was fending off a wyvern rider with Azura. You came in and sliced his head off with your iron axe and threw a hand axe from your belt at a lancer from Hoshido. The Hoshidans were closing in around you, while the other three focused on the Nohrians.

Corrin needed all the help he could get. You wouldn't let him die. Not on your watch. You felt power and adrenaline surge through your veins as you cut mercilessly through every foe standing in your way.

You defeated every Hoshidan soldier tushing your lord single handedly. You were breathing hard when the dust of battle cleared. Azura was standing behind Corrin who had Felicia at his side. They all had guilt and remorse stricken over their face. You didn't let your guard down like them. Corrin would not fall. You couldn't let him fall.

"No, he is truly traitor. Corrin! You are an enemy to all Hoshido!"

"He has given us up for those scum...You May never return to Nohr, traitor!"

Both Royal families fled to get their next assignment before Corrin could reason with them. He tried to run after them, but he couldn't go in two ways at once. He felt his elf right I put apart at the Seems.

You walked up to him and Sara next to the prince who was on his knees and on the verge of tears, he lost his family, both of them. That's a horrible feeling you knew all too well. You wrapped an arm around him.

"Don't worry, we'll get past this."

"She's right Lord Corrin! Everything can work out!"

"Yes, but there is nothing else we can do here. We have to retreat and regroup before either kingdom sends assassin after us. We are branded traitor."

At Azura's words of wisdom everyone stood up and rushed off, away form the battlefield. Corrin was crying along the way. You felt bad for him, extremely bad. He just watched his love ones lose faith and trust in him and he was abandoned by both Nohr and Hoshido.

He must have been very confused, very conflicted. He must have been feeling all sorts of emotions. But you vowed not to leave his side as his loyal retainer. You vowed to make sure he was alive after everything. You vowed that he would be happy somehow, someday. You vowed on your honor as a servant, and he was your prince.

He was the prince and you're the servant. Destiny entwined, pitiful soldiers. If it was for the sake of protecting him you would become a traitor for him.
