Epilogue Part 2

Someone's P.O.V

I knocked at the door and opened it. I saw him sipping on his glass wine. I bowed as a sign of respect.

"Dad."

"How is the Prince?"

He asked as I sat down. I cleared my throat before speaking. Still not looking directly on his eyes.

"He's getting better. The doctors already treated his wounds."

Narinig ko ang kanyang pagbuntong-hininga kasabay ng pagbaba niya ng wine glass niya. Natapon pa ang laman nito.

"Tell him to meet me tommorow."

I nodded and stood up. I was about to go out when he called me once again.

"Brian, it seems like the Princesses forgot about their mission and Fretzie was the one who accomplished it. The Princesses are becoming useless eversince they met those boys."

Napayuko ako sa narinig ko. He noticed it too. Their mission was given half a year ago and they did not even made progress while Fretzie did it on her own. I'm afraid that Dad will get mad and punish them once again.

"I don't think so, Dad. They became busy and they are being careful because of the death threats that they received."

I said trying to defend them. I don't want them to be punished again. 2 years was enough.

"Death threats? That was like a month ago. The girl was captured already. They're just wasting their time with those boys. It's time for them to go back here, the mission was done so they should go back to where they belong."

I nodded because he left with no choice. I can't oppose his words because, obviously he's the highest royalty.

I was about to leave his room when he called me again. I faced him.

"Investigate those boys. I want to know everything about them."

"I will, Dad."

I bowed as a sign of respect before I finally left his room. I heaved a sigh and walked towards the living room.

I sat down and massaged my temples. They have been giving me headaches.

I fished out my phone from my pocket and dialed Fretzie's number.

'Fretzie, tell them that it's time for them to go back. You too, go back here as soon as possible.'

I hang up the call and went to my office. I asked our private investigator to come to my office.

"Who is it this time?"

He asked, I gave him a glare that made him shut his mouth.

"Dad wants you to investigate these boys. Find everything about them. Their family backgrounds, everything!"

I said and dismissed him. He immedietly went out of my office. I scanned the papers on my table. These are the informations about the people behind the abduction case of the Prince. Someone knocked on my door.

"Come in!"

"Hon, dinner is ready. The royalties are waiting for us."

I stood up and fixed my suit and we went out of my office. We made our way to the dining hall where all of the royalties are waiting for us.

Winter's P.O.V

We greeted each other a merry christmas and proceeded inside the function hall. Tinulungan naman ako ni Cloud dahil medyo mahaba ang gown na suot ko. Nagpasalamat naman ako at nginitian siya.
