Under an ancient Banyan tree
A wise and learned sage took his seat
Million followers had gathered
And they sat attentively at his feet.
One person questioned
Who is powerful, my Lord?
Hundred followers came with
A thousand different answers.
The one who can beat all!
The one who can save all!
The one who can protect all!
The one who can trick all!
At length the master spoke
"Consider it no joke,
Neither the one who can save or beat,
Nor the one who can protect or trick-
Fellow brethren, Powerful is the one
Who can easily break his opponent's bone
Yet chooses instead to retreat
Than to defeat a silly piece of meat

Again a bit short..but I believe it is capable enough to convey the message.
