My Kaleidoscope

Aeroplane

I'm awed and fascinated
By the mighty Aeroplanes
One day while gazing these massive birds
I did a thorough introspection

And to my surprise- I found similarities
Which can be proved by some inspection
Flying away to glory,
No care for any lanes.

The plane and I have one desire
For us the mighty Sky is the limit
Cause that is what we aspire
And no one, not even God, can prohibit.

Lying on the ground
Will only cause but rust
Always above where sunshine is found
To the common eye, we collect Star dust.

Weather may be good or bad
Hell may break loose or heavens may go mad
But we don't get scared, we aren't afraid
With grit and determination we are made.

Turbulences may come and go
The ups and downs we already know
Are just a phase and nothing more
Fasten your seatbelts, there's a lot more in store!
