"Cassidy! Sam! Can you guys come here!" I hear Crystal yell from the living room.
I walk out of my room and Sam is just as confused as I am.
"Sit sit sit!" Crystal says excitedly patting the spot beside her
"We have some news" Colby says
"Ok?" Me and Sam say confused as hell.
"Me and Colby... ARE TOGETHER!" Crystal shouts
My heart. Just died.
Together?!? Like kissing?!? Boyfriend?!? Girlfriend?!? Love?!? Each other?!? Not me?!?
"Aww! That's so cute! Congrats guys!" Sam says hugging them both.
I didn't say anything. I think I just stared at them in shock/disgust
"Uh, Cass... what do you think?" Crystal says awkwardly
"Ha ha ha... I think it's... G R E A T" I say gritting my teeth with an obvious fake smile.
I wanted... to stab a bitch.
"What's wrong with you Cassidy?! Why can't you just be happy for us?!" Colby blurts out.
"Because! I just can't..." I say fading away
"Honestly! You are so selfish!" He retorts
"I'm not selfish!"
"Yes you are Cassideana! You always think about yourself and are never happy for someone else's success!"
I stand up ready to shout, but I contain myself.
"I always look out for myself... because I never had that support from someone else" I say calmly and quietly.
I walk out of the room and grab my keys.
"Where are you going?" Crystal asks as I'm about to walk out the door
"I don't know!"
"Well, when will you be back?" She interrogates
"I'm not sure if I will be..." I reply containing my tears.
After that sentence, I don't stick around to hear anymore. I get in my car and drive. I don't know where I'm driving. I guess I'll just keep my foot on the gas petal until I hit some form of civilisation.
Hey... maybe I will find an Armish town... then I will never have to text Crystal or Colby back.
Crystals POV
I wish Cass would stop walking out like this. I'm constantly stressing about where she is.
"Ahhh!! She's such a bitch! Why can't she just let me have a girlfriend?!?" Colby says pissed off
"What do you mean?" I question
"First, she went and ruined my chances with Abby, now you?"
"She didn't ruin your chances with Abby? Didn't she tell you the real story?"
"She did! But I don't believe her"
I got a bit pissed off by his remark. I grabbed my phone and showed a screen shot from a couple of years ago that Cass had sent me.
After the whole thing fell apart, Cass felt horrible. She texted Abby and tried to figure out how she found out. Abby told her, but when she tried to show Colby the text, and prove it wasn't her, he grabbed her phone and smashed it.
"Colby! Look at this!" I said shoving the phone in his face.

He read it for a moment.
"Oh my god" he whispered to himself. "She really didn't tell Abby. And she stuck up for me"
"Yeah she did Colby! Even though you were horrible to her, for months... every time she heard a rumour about you, she would shut them down. She stuck up for you a lot. But one day that all changed, and she realised you weren't worth her time" I scold.
"But I did... all those horrible things to her... and she did nothing"
"Exactly Colby!" I say as I put my phone back into my pocket.
Colby looked like he was gonna burst into tears. But he had been so mean to Cass. This whole time she was stoping rumours about him, even though she knew he was starting ones about her.

Poor Colby... for him finding out this now.
