Cassidys POV
We walk off the plane and step foot back onto LAs land again.
New York was nice, but it was a little too busy and rushed for me.
LA is just fall of super chill surfer dudes. So it's not overly extreme over here.
I pull out my phone and text Sam.

I put my phone back in my pocket and Colby got an uber.
The car ride was silent. No one said a thing.
About 30 minutes passed and the driver pulled into our apartment garage.
"Thank you" both me and Colby said in unison as we got out.
We walked upstairs. I tried opening the door and it popped open. Strange. Usually Crystal locks the door if she's home alone at night.
We walk in and Colby sets his stuff down and goes to say hello to Crystal.
I'm super fucking tired so I go and lay on the bed. It wasn't long before my eyes fell sleepy.
Goodnight Los Angeles

"HOW COULD YOU?!?"
"YOU NEVER GAVE ME THIS! SO I HAD TO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!"
I woke up drowsily to the sound of screaming and glasses smashing.
"BECAUSE I WASNT READY YOU STUPID BITCH!"
"OH SO ITS MY FAULT!?"
"YES ITS YOUR FUCKING FAULT! WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?!?"
I slowly slither out of bed and turn the door handle.
I peck out ever so slightly, to see Crystal storm out of the apartment and Colby drop to the ground in tears.
"What's going on?" I say as I walk out to the now silent house.
"S-she cheated on me!"
"What?!" Hearing this wasn't a surprise to me. Crystal wasn't really good with relationships and keeping them healthy.
I sat down next to Colby. He was really upset about this.
I'm so fucking disappointed in Crystal. How can she do that to our friend.
I hold my hand out to Colby, gesturing for him to take it.
He grabs it and I pull him up and into a hug.
"I love you... you know that right?" I say as I feel his head bury into my shoulder.
"I love you too" I feel him smile against my skin and I hug him tighter.
"Now come on... let's watch some TV" I say as we let go of each other and walk over to the TV.
We sit down and I grip the remote, searching through multiple shows on Netflix.
"Let's start a series together" I suggest and Colby nods in agreement
We choose a show and start watching it. Hopefully the distraction will help Colby.
It breaks me to see him like this.
Even though just recently he was still my enemy.
I guess enemy really ISNT forever...
