Hi guys! So this is based off season two episode 6 and sticks very much to the actual episode. Which may be why it became so long.... 😁. 22pages!! I'm sorry, I've tried to look to put in two parts but the best section for that would mean 17pages in one part and 5 in the other. So I decided to just put it in all as one. I really hope you enjoy!! It contains hints from the past stories and for future ones.

The building looked like an abandoned workhouse, the paint peeled off worse than in my kitchen. But it looked so out of place, like a slave's daughter dressed in a princess' dress, a little bonnet and all.
The surrounding landscape was beautiful, long willowing trees and gentle dragonflies, a fresh blue spring of a lake.

Newt and the gladers jumped off their horses in front of the carriage. "Your majesty." Thomas bowed opening the carriage compartment behind me, it held the queen, King and doffant - the King's newly born son. Anne's first boy, only three months old.

Then Newt opened my compartment, where I sat with all the king's overly rich friends, in their pedantic outfits. Most the women had these flaring collars round the back, even the queen wore one.
Rochefort had been in there, he stared at me quizzically the whole journey.

I let the others leave first. Newt held out his hand for me to take. I giggled, God I love playing the part of a lady.
He held my hand as we walked down the muddy track to the colossal building, Thomas and Minho behind us, Gally and Alby had stayed back at the Garson to sort out much needed work.

"This will certainly be... Interesting." Minho said, trying to avoid getting his new leather boots in the mud. They were the ones with the little folded over cuffs at the top.
Tom gave him a nudge and Minho landed in a puddle. "Why???" He cried, and they all laughed.
"I have a funny feeling about this place." I said watching the building loom over us.
Newt squeezed my hand. "Why? Your with us, we'll protect you."
I nodded and gulped as we neared the large doors, they had gapping holes like a prison cell. "It's just a funny feeling." I said.

The inside was filled with rotating, red and gold devices, it was very awe gapping. A large fat cylinder in the centre with a red sheet draped over, long benches positioned on the far sides. Men dressed in black robes with masks like beaks gave us monocles with a red lens.
A single man stood by the large covered cylinder. "Your majesty." He bowed. "Please come in, the glasses are to protect your eyes."
I took a monocle, trying not to laugh. I put it on and showed Newt and Thomas, who both bursted into fits of laughter. "It suits you love." Newt giggled. "Now go sit, while we deal with the boring stuff."
I waved goodbye to the three and sat besides the queen, on the spot she saved for me.
"Very exciting." She whispered in my ear. "I just wish my son could be old enough to understand."
I leant down into the cot, where the chubby babe slept, despite its extra fat, it was a very good looking baby. I stroked its little hand, smooth and warm. "But he can grow up on the stories, your majesty."
She smiled and moved the cot up in between us, so we may watch the sleeping infant. "He will grow up with a lot of stories I hope."

"Ladies and gentlemen, I reveal to you the Eye!" He tore the sheet off the cylinder, leaving a white sheet to cover the large drum like shape. Everyone stood up and rushed closer to see the moving shapes on the sheet, looking through their red monocles.
"That there is Venus, and that is the sun." The man pointed out. I looked closer at him, before he had just been another part of the spectacle, but he wasn't. He was quite an ugly man, dirty yellow hair, scars across his cheek, beaded eyes, that were more animalistic than human.

I saw Newt step closer to the screen, wanting to peer over the shoulders of all the rich couples. Thomas and Minho had gone to secure the upper level, I could see them moving on the balcony that outlines the huge room.
