Is Shown

I watch shows to relate. I relate to characters such as Dean, Sam, and Adam Winchester. I had two brothers, so I know what it's like to depend on two others. I watch shows to find answers, mostly.

Answers to simple things like; why family is important, what it would mean to be on my own, what's involved if I decided to get married, and what it would mean to choose to be alone? The shows don't really answer my questions because they're just perspectives. It's nice sometimes to pretend that they do though. If it's a great show than I feel somewhat better about myself otherwise I think it's rather stupid to rely on something other then someone.

I take notes on what i watch. Rating each episode with plus's and minus's with how much i liked it or not? I still like the shows I hate because it brings out the evil in the world, revealing how messed up it really is. Instead of camouflaging it. Good shows simply put a positive fairy tale spin on things. Like the family life, the good kind where everyone's there and listens to each other? I doubt many of us have that..I don't have that. That's usually a good thing to watch, I think, because in that short film it's like you're with them.

Having a normal time with a normal family. And when it's over you can restart it. You never HAVE to leave, not if you don't want to? You can...stay if you wanna. Sometimes I need to have that.
