*Cameron's POV*

I tried to keep up with her fast paste. She walked as if she was almost running away from me. I unlocked my car letting her in. I insisted that we should take my car since I would just be dropping her home. I watched as she hoped into the passengers seat, and put on her seatbelt. She was looking straight into the road. She was acting like if I wasn't there, next to her. I was having a hard time figuring her out. I had this feeling that she didn't like me, but even if she didn't I would make her. I wasn't going to lose this bet. I had to make her like me, even if it meant going out of my way to get this girl in bed. I wasn't going to give the boys the satisfaction of being right. I had to win. I was in this to win. Nothing else, no feelings involved.

I cleared my throat. "I was very surprised to see you tonight." I said trying to start the conversation.

"Mm-mm... Same here." she said as her eyes never left the road in front on us.

"I'm glad I did though." I attempted to flirt.

She didn't respond. Gosh this girl was making things so much more harder for me. Usually I didn't have to do this. I could just snap my fingers and girls would be all up on my face.

There was dead silence. I reached over and started playing with the radio station until I found a good song. There was something diffident science last time. She was being much more cold, and I didn't know why.

"So, I have a question?" I said breaking the silence between us.

"I have an answer." she said simply

"Why didn't you call me, or text me after that night I gave you my number?"

She looked surprised. "I don't know, honestly." she said, no directly at me but mostly to herself.

I nodded. "Oh."

Only if I would of known how hard this was going to be I wouldn't of ever agreed to this. I rolled my eyes in frustration, I could feel my hand go into a fist. I wanted to punch something, someone. I took a deep breath trying to keep my calm.

"Are you okay?" she asked looking at me for the first time tonight.

"It's just, I don't know.. Did I do something wrong?" I let out the words that have been bothering me all night. By the look on her face I almost wished I could take it back.

"Why do you even care? Can't you go bother someone else?"

I run my hand through my hair, pulling it a little too hard. "Because I'm trying to get to know you!" I snapped.

I watched as she flinched. I could tell she was a little taken back by the tone in my voice.

We drove on in silence once again. I had to come up with a way to make this girl fall for me. If I couldn't even get her to talk to me, there was no way in hell I was going to get her in bed with me.

I finally pulled up to her house. She unlocked the door but before she could get off I pulled her hand.

"Can I ask you for a favor?" I asked

"Sure"

"Can I use your phone to call my friend Taylor, I left mine at the club." I say. It's an excuse of course, I was just trying to get her number.

She pulled her phone out of her bag and handed it to me. I quickly called myself. This is the only way I'll be able to get her number.

"No answer." I told her handing back her phone.

"Thanks for the ride." she said getting off the car.

I hated being this guy. I didn't want to chase after her, but I had to for the sake of wining this bet. I got off the car and ran after her.

"Alice!" I shouted

"Yes?"

"I just wanted to tell you that It was really nice seeing you tonight." I got closer to her. "Goodnight beautiful." I said kissing her cheek and with that I walked back to my car driving off.

I knew what girls wanted to hear. I was very familiar with it. I grew up with an older sister who would always make me watch stupid chick flics. I learned from that. All I knew is that I was going to go out of my way and do everything that I can to win this bet. I will win this bet!

*Alice POV*

I was laying in my bed looking up at the celling. My mind was replaying everything that happened tonight. Ever since I've met Cameron, I haven't been able to stop thinking about him. I'm hoping that if I tell myself to not fall for him, maybe just maybe something inside of me will understand.

Interrupting my thoughts I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I didn't recognize the number, but I answered it anyway.

"Hello?"

"Hello Beautiful... Guess who?"

My heart dropped. "Cameron." I said trying to sound as lifeless as possible. But my voice betrayed me.

I heard him laugh on the other line, clearly amused. "I just wanted to tell you that I can't stop thinking of you."

I couldn't get words out. I was still processing everything that was going on. just as I was about to say something he spoke.

"Goodnight Gorgeous. Sweet dreams"

"Goodnight Cameron." and with that the phone call was over.

I couldn't deny it Any longer, I had fallen deep into his spell.
