*Alice POV*
The best way to wake up, is the way I woke up this morning. I woke up with Cameron by my side.
He was deep into his sleep, he looked so angelic sleeping. I stroked his cheek softly. I was still in awe on how beautiful he looked even when he was asleep.
I looked over at his alarm clock sitting in the side table. It was past 8:30. I decided I should get up because it was getting late and I needed to go back to the beach house. I quietly rolled out of bed, not trying to not wake him up.
I walked over the pile of clothes laying on the floor near a wall. But before taking it in my hands, I noticed the wall had a dent in it. It looked like someone punched it. I was almost positive it was Cameron. I looked over to the bed where he was. Sometimes I felt so unsure about him. It was just hard to read him. I sighed, as I grabbed the clothes that I was wearing last night and I tippy toad my way to the door.
"Where are you going." Cameron's rusty morning voice spoke.
I stood frozen at the spot.
"Ummm to the bathroom," I said turning around to meet with his eyes.
"I thought you were leaving." He let out a sigh of relief.
"I'll be back." I reassured him, before walking out.
I made sure I was quiet when I walked towards the bathroom. I didn't want to wake anyone up. I twisted the door handle opening the door, and just before I was able to close it someone pushed it open again.
"Good morning ." His rusty voice spoke.
"Nash?" I say surprised. I had been avoiding him since the night we kissed and I didn't want to talk to him at the moment.
"What are you doing here this early?" He asked, as his eyes traveled up and down my body.
"Um, I slept here." as soon as I said it I knew how bad it sounded.
Nash raised an eyebrow at me.
"Nothing happened! I just slept here, that's all!" I said, trying to make it clear to him.
"Oh." Was all he said.
"I should go." He said, walking away from me.
"No Nash wait!." I say running after him.
"What Alice?" He asks annoyed.
"I just- I want to clear something up."
"Okay?"
"The time that... that we kissed. Um that was never supposed to happen. I was upset and I got caught up in the moment and that cannot-"
"Okay Alice I get it." He raised his voice, cutting me off.
"I just want you to know that it could never happen again." I whispered.
As soon as I said it, I regretted saying something about it. Nash's blue eyes were filled with hurt.
"Don't worry, It won't ever happen again." He whispered sharply, before walking away leaving me speechless.
*Cameron's POV*
Last night was the first night that I've fallen asleep next to a girl I didn't have any sexual intercourse with and it felt good? I had so much more satisfaction knowing that I was waking up next to a girl I actually cared for than just to another one night stand.
I quickly got out of bed and walked over to my dresser, I pulled out a grey v neck and slipped it on. I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. I decided to make breakfast for the both of us. I wouldn't normally do anything like this, but it was different with her. She made me do things that i wouldn't do with anyone else. I quickly mixed the pancake batter and started pouring it into the pan to cook. I also started frying some bacon, and made some coffee.
