*Alice's POV*

I ran downstairs as fast as my feet could carry me. I need to find Alexa. How could she do this? I mean I knew she never liked me but taking it this far? My relationship with Cameron is on the line, and I'm not losing him because of her.

"Ouch, watch were you're going." An angry male voice glows, making me snap back into reality.

"Sorry.." I mumbled, as I walk away from him. The room is nearly pitch black and I can't pin point who I'm looking at. Until I see his chocolate brown eyes peering down at me. It's Jack.

As soon as he realizes it's me, his face softens. "Alice, why are you in such a hurry?" He asks, as he grabs my shoulder gently.
He's very close to me, and the smell of vodka and mint fill my nostrils. It's not the most appealing smell, but it doesn't smell completely terrible, in a way it smells good?

"I-I have to find someone." I slur, pushing him back by his chest, trying to create space in between us.

"Who?" He asks curiously.

"Alexa.." I hiss, and his face falls. "Please tell me you've seen her?" The desperation in my voice is loud and clear. And I'm sure I sound like a little girl crying for her candy, but I don't care.

"I-I no I haven't seen her." He shakes his head. "Is everything alright?" He questions. "You're acting different." He frowns slightly, making me feel bad.

"I thought tonight was a night for us... So why did you ditch me tonight?" He asks, taking a step closer to me. I gasp loudly at his statement. I want to believe that he was speaking to me like this because he's heavily intoxicated. But he's not, he's clearly had a drink or two but he's very awake of everything that he's saying.

I almost want to tell him off, I didn't ditch him, he ditched me. I don't want to cause a scene, but before I could taught myself out of it, my lips are speaking for me. "I didn't ditch you, you did! It started off with Matt driving me here tonight, then you leaving me completely alone in the kitchen... And If you would of stuck around of at least ten minutes, then I wouldn't of had a terrible encounter with Taylor and I wouldn't of..." I begin but force myself to stop.

His eyes are wide and his jaw twist at the name of Taylor. "What did he do to you? Tell me!" Jack demands. His hands are in tight fist, and his jaw is clenched, reveling his sharp jawline.

"Can we talk about this later? I have to find Alexa." I state, attempting to walk away from him. I have more important things to do then to stand there and listen to Jack interrogate me with all sorts of questions that didn't matter to me right now. All I really cared about was finding Alexa, and Cameron.

"No Alice, please tell me?" He begs, as he grabs my wrist tight enough, not letting me escape his grip.

"Look... I'll tell you about it later, okay? Right now I just need to find Alexa." I whisper yell, as I pull away from his grip.

I run outside, desperately hoping that Nash might of seen her, or that he could possibly known where she was. I search through the crowded area looking for a very tan, small, yellow haired girl; but theres no sign of her anywhere.

I dread her, now more then ever. People like her don't change, they never do. She was just pretending to be kind to me. And I can't decide If she's just a really good actress, or a really good liar.

I push my way through the crowd, bumping and pushing people around me. I feel myself bump into someone hard, so hard that I fall back to the floor.

"Ouch!" I groan loudly, as my butt hits the floor, causing me agony. I attempt to pick myself up from the ground as look up to meet a pair of caramel brown eyes peering down at me. Matt. His eyes look apologetic, and I smile at him, reassuring him I'm okay.
