*Cameron's POV*

I'm speechless. Something that doesn't happen often with me, but right now I am. She's here, she came so that means something right? Does this mean that she wants to be with me? Does this mean that she changed her mind about that text message? God, I hope she did.

But what the fuck do I tell her? How the fuck do i explain to her what she saw? I need to choose my words carefully, very carefully. I look into her eyes, only to look away. I have never seen her so broken and so hurt. She looks defeated.

I run a hand through my wet hair, taking a deep breath.

"Please," I begin. "Please just listen." I ask desperately.

"No.." She whisper yells, and my heart beat quickens. God, I've missed her voice so fucking much. I've missed having her around. I have missed everything about her.

"I can explain, just listen to me?" I beg, taking a step closer to her, she's dangerously close to me, and I can hear her hear beating.

"I'm done listening to you and your bullshit!" She spits, pushing me away with both of her hands. I blink rapidly as I try to take it all in. I'm taken back by her actions, and I stumble back, giving her time to run.

Shit.

She pushes past the door and runs inside. My clothes is pretty damp, making it harder for me to chase after her. She runs fast, very fast and I can't keep up.

"Alice stop!" I yell as I reach the door leading me back to the house. My foot still hurts, but I try to ignore the agony that it brings me when I run.

She keeps walking only to make me yell again. "Alice stop!" I repeat myself, but she keeps running to the other door. She quickly reaches it and pulls it open. She runs outside into the rain and I lose it. Why does she always run away from me?

"Damn it Alice stop!" I yell again as soon as I stand outside. And to my surprise she stops, she stops dead in her tracks, giving me time to catch up to her.

I stand face to face with her, and I've suddenly forgotten everything I was going to say to her. I can't make words to come out of my mouth. I guess I didn't expect her to actually stop running away. She's always so stubborn and difficult.

"What Cameron? What can you possibly want from me?" She screams, throwing her hand in air. The rain seemed to pour much faster and the wind was too strong. But neither of us seem to acknowledge that. As of now, we're the only two people on earth.

"What did Alexa say to you?!" Is all I can manage to say. I don't know what else to say, I'm literally fucking speechless.

"Huh?" She asks, I can tell she didn't expect me to ask that question.

"What did she tell you?" I repeat myself through my teeth.

"That doesn't concern you!" She states looking at me with venom in her eyes.

"It does actually... Now tell me, what did she say? Did she say something-" I begin but I stop myself before I say something I'll regret later.

"Okay... Fine. You know what she told me? She told me the truth!" She yells as she frustratedly runs a hand through her wet hair. "That you're a lying ass hole who doesn't care about anyone but himself." She screams. I feel the blood draining from my face and I'm nearly about to lose my temper. She knows damn well I care for her, she's the person I care the most for and she still has the decency to tell me shit like this?
