Jessica was late for work and when she ran into the meeting room, she noticed Sam's strict gaze.
He shook his head, and she smiled sweetly.

"Well, today's meeting is dedicated to the fact that we have a new director. It is my pleasure to introduce you to miss Cristina Barnes. From this day she is the second director!"

a tall woman walks into the office, in a strict suit, perfectly laid hair and with a cute smile on her face.

"Good morning, colleagues. Well, I hope we can be friends!"

Every person in the office examines her from head to toe, smiling at her sweetly.
Kristina became Jessica's friend and she told her about every person in the office. Sam watched them from the window of his office and smiled, looking at Jessica.

"Can I come in?" Sam knocks on the door

"Oh, of course!" Jessica's leaning against the back of her chair
Sam comes in and puts the paper on the table, Jessica looks at them

"What is it?"

"This new case! You can take Miranda to the helpers, but if you have questions, you can always ask me"he smiles

"Yes, sure"

Sam leaves and Miranda walks in.

"Well, what did he tell you?"

"He gave me a new case, and now you and I are going to watch the security footage!" she gets up from her chair.

"He likes you!"

The whole day they was spent looking for evidence and later that night, Jessica stayed on the job to review some records. Sam was going home and passing by her office and knocked.

"Mrs. Huston, I thought I was here alone."

"I thought so too! I just want to review these two records and see what's wrong with them, because this car was supposed to be on camera."

"Can I join?"

"Sure"

They watch the record a few times until Sam notices the difference.

"Here, look, this packet on this record, he flies to the right and to the other in the right. Records taken on different days and he can not fly in one direction every day and at the same minute!"

"Damn, right...well, we're gonna need that for tomorrow's trial!" she smiles, he looks in her eyes. Jessica froze for a second, then lowered her head, smiling

"I gotta go, it's too late!" she takes the jacket

"Let me take you to your home" he gets up from his chair

"No, thank you I have a car!" she smiles and walks off.

"Hey, minions, why are you still awake?" Jessica walks into the living room

"Where is your father?"

"We don't know, he left three hours ago!" Alicia says watching TV.

"Ok! So, go to bed!" she said strictly.

"But moooom!"

"I said go to bed!"
They kissed her and went up to the room. Danny comes in, barely standing on his feet.

"Danny, where were you?"

"Oh, Jessie...I was in a bar!" he wants to kiss her, but she stops him.

"What were you doing there?"

"I bought....restaurant! Now...we have a restaurant!" he smiles and Jessica rolls her eyes.

"God, why do we need a restaurant and where did you get the money?!" she raises her voice.

"Woman we will talk about this i-in the morning! I went to sleep!"he slowly walks up the stairs.
Jessica sighs deeply, closes her eyes and follows him.

"You're still gonna have this conversation, Huston!"
Danny nods, stepping into the bedroom.
