No Happy Ending

I can't trust you anymore

Jessica comes into the kitchen, ignoring Danny and drinks a glass of water.
Danny did not take his eyes off her and she feels his gaze.

"Danny, stop it!" she throws a cup in the sink, turning to him.

"I just want to talk...."

"There's nothing to talk about, I'm not gonna apologize for what I said yesterday because it's true!"

"Jessica, we were good, we were happy, why things changed again?" he goes to her

"I don't know...I just don't feel stronger love for you anymore, I feel like you're gonna betray me again...I guess I can't trust you anymore!"

Danny looks at her without knowing what to say. His heart begins to stab, he just looks at her and the tear rolls down his cheek. He loves her, he wants to be with her, but he really hurt her and he realizes that now he was her, now he feels that pain.

"Now you'll sleep in the guest room. I appreciate the way you've been treating me these past two months and the way you've been trying to get everything back, but maybe it's right now if we are separate"  Jessica wants to leave, but he's pushing her back to the table.

"Is it because of Sam?"that's all he could tell her right now.

"What? It's none of your business, Danny!"

"You and Sam....hah, what a lovely couple!" he rolls his eyes.

"He's not my lover! Don't you dare blame anyone else!" she raises her voice

"If he's not a lover, then why are you protecting him?"

"Because it's not his fault that I don't love you anymore, only you can be blamed for it! I don't believe you and it's your fault, only yours! I can't look at you anymore! I loved you and I thought I couldn't love someone else as much as you, but that love is over!" she's yelling at him and pushing him away, leaving the kitchen
Danny stares after her and she turned sharply.

"You got nothing to say? You know, I used to be able to fall in love with you just because you could stop us fighting with the right words, and now? Come on, Danny, tell me something that will make me fall in love with you again!?"

He stares at her, then comes out of the kitchen, puts on his jacket and turns to her.

"I gotta go!"

"Yeah, you're god damn right!" she goes up to the room, and he leaves, slamming the door behind him.

Alicia and David are leaving the living room. They went down to Breakfast, but when they heard their parents fighting, they hid in the living room.

"This is the end!" Alicia whispers and tears roll down her cheeks

"Everything is gonna be ok!"David hugs her.

"No, nothing's gonna be okay! They won't be together anymore!No more mommy and daddy or Jessica and Danny, there's only Jessica and there's only Danny, they're not together anymore!" she raises her voice and runs to the room.
David rolls down the wall to the floor and puts his fingers in his hair, closing his eyes.

Before going to work, Jessica went into the room to the children. Vivian was still sleeping and she kissed her on the cheek, smiling. Alicia pretended she was asleep and Jessica kissed her forehead and when she left, Alicia started crying again. David wasn't in the room. Jessica came into the kitchen.

"Good morning, honey! I'll go to work, please watch Vivien so she doesn't paint on the wall, okay?"

"Ok!" he smiles falsely.

"Are you okay?" she hugs him.

"Yeah...just why are you going to work on a Saturday?"

"Well, because we have a very complicated case and we have to find a lot of evidence that our client is innocent!"

"Mhm"

"David, what's up? You can tell me!" she sits at the table next to him.

"Everything's okay, really...I just need some more sleep! I'll see you later!"he kisses her forehead and leaves. Jessica looks at him with worried look.

Jessica walked into her office and throwing her purse and jacket on a chair, went to Sam. He sits at the computer, reading some documents.

"Can I come in?" Jessica opens the door

"Sure!"
Jessica sits down on chair and looks at him, he looks at her

"Sam, I'm sorry about what I told you yesterday and..."

"Jessica, stop apologizing, I'm not mad at you!" he interrupts her

"But you're upset!"

"I am, but I can wait, I understand how hard this is for you now, but I'll wait no matter how long!" he puts his hand on her and she smiles.

"Take these documents and go to John .... He should write it down and give you a piece of paper that will help in court!" he gives her the file and she gets up from the chair.

"Be careful, he's not a gentleman!"

"Ok!" she giggles and leaves his office.

"Oh, miss Lange!" he smiles.

Jessica came to the large building and found the right office. After a very long, uninteresting conversation with this man, he still hasn't signed the papers.

"Please, it's not difficult to put one's signature!" Jessica got up from her chair

"I heard your husband cheated on you!"

"God, this is none of your business, just sign this paper!" she speaks strictly.

"The whole town was interested, and you know one of his whore was a girl and you know her!"

Jessica tried not to listen to him, but he kept talking about it.

"Her name is.."
