No Happy Ending

This time she said Yes

Saturday

"Daddy, can you drive a little faster?" Agnes asks in a sweet voice.

"I'm driving as fast as I can, honey!" he giggles

"I just want to see everyone already! They miss me!"

When they came into the house, Agnes saw that the room is decorated and her smile was from ear to ear, then everyone ran to her and began to hug

"Did you do that for me?!" Agnes asks.

"Of course for you, honey!" Dorothy, kisses her  forehead
Agnes smiles, then covers her face with her hands and cries. Jessica sits on her knees and hugs her

"Why are you crying, baby?"

"Because it's so cute and I missed everyone!" she's crying

"We missed you too, Agnes! We're glad you're home!" Alicia takes her hand. Agnes smiles, squeezing her hand tight.

A week later

"Agnes, honey, it's bath time!" Jessica goes down to the living room

"Mommy! Mommy! I want to be an airplane!" Agnes jumps to her arms and Jessica barely manages to catch her.

"Oh, baby, be careful!" Jessica kisses her, then flips her to the horizontal position and runs upstairs with her making airplane sounds and Agnes laughs.

Next morning, Agnes woke up early as always and ran to Jessica's room. She climbed onto the bed and started shaking Jessica

"Mommy, wake up! wake up!" she yells

"Hmm? What's the matter?" Jessica opens her eyes slowly

"It's morning already" Agnes smiles

"Oh, honey, it's 5 in the morning, go to bed!" Jessica closes her eyes again
Agnes climbs under the blanket and lies down next to her mother.

"Mommy?" she speaks in a sweet voice.

"Mmm?"

"Can I ask you something very important?" she's playing with the blanket, looking at her mom. Jessica opens her eyes and chuckles softly

"Sure, honey? What's it?"

"Well, if Alicia leaves, her room is free...."

"Why don't you want to sleep in a room with your brother and sister?" Jessica interrupts her

"Because they always laugh when you leave the room. Leo tells no funny jokes at all! I want to have my own room! Please!" she puts her hands on Jessica's cheeks and kisses her nose

"But baby, then Abby and Leo will want their owns rooms!"

"Mommy, please please please!"

"Okay!" Jessica hugs her

"Yayyy! Thanks!"

Jessica and the kids sat in living room and watched TV, when the door opened and Alicia and John yelled

"Surprise!"

"Oh, my baby! Ah, look at you, you've become a brunette!"Jessica hugs her daughter

"Hello, John!" she hugs him

"Hello, Ms. Lange!"

"Alicia!!!" triplets hugging her. David shakes John's hand, then he and Vivian hugs sister

"You only left a week ago, so what brings you back?"Vivian asks

"John and I have something to tell you, and we didn't want to say it on the phone!" Alicia says sitting next to John on the couch

"What is it?! What's it?!" triplets jump in one spot

"Are you pregnant?!" Jessica puts her hands on her chest

"She's pregnant?!" Vivian and David ask in unison

"NO! No, John proposed to me!" she shows them the ring.

"And this time she said Yes!" he kisses her temple

"Oh my gosh, you're getting married!" Vivian screams and hugs them

"Congratulations!" David hugs her

"John, if you dare break my sister's heart you will deal with me!"

"I will never hurt her, I love your sister very much!" he shakes his hand

"Alicia, I'm sure you'll be very pretty in your dress!" Agnes smiles.

"Yeah!" Abby and Leo agree.

"Oh, thank you!" she giggles, then looks at Jessica.

"Mommy!" Alicia hugs her.

"I'm so happy for you, honey! I just can't believe you've grown up already!" Jessica wipes her tears

"Mommy, I'll always be your baby, remember?" she looks in her eyes

"Of course! I love you very much!" Jessica hugs her

"I love you too!"

"Does your father know about the wedding?!"

"Uh, no...I want to tell him a little later!"

"Why don't we celebrate at the restaurant?" John says

"Why not!" Jessica hugs her daughter.
