I ran home and opened the door.
"Sophie! I'm home!" I called, but there was no response. "Sophie?"Everything was pitch black as none of the lights in the house were on and it was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop.
That was strange.
Where is she?
She couldn't have gone to bed: it was only 8:50pm and she definitely would have told me if she was going somewhere.
I turned on the lights, taking deep breaths and tried not to think of the worst that could have happened.
I put my bag on the kitchen counter, preparing to give her a quick call when to my horror I saw hurriedly written words on the wall, in what I could only hope was red spray paint.
They said: "I Have Her".
The word "her" had drops of paint dripping down the walls - eerily reminding me of blood.
I ran my hand across the words and shook my head; the paint was fresh - too fresh...
Suddenly, a deep laugh erupted from behind me, making me jump in fear.
I know that laugh...
"Hello Olivia. Looking for someone?"
It was Marshall.
I turned around, goosebumps crawling on my skin, even though it was relatively warm inside.
When I looked at him, his teeth were glinting in a sly smirk and the long scar on the side of his face deformed his facial features, making me shiver in apprehension.
But one thing was different about him.
Instead of being that trusting figure I had always thought of him as and depended on for most of my life, he now seemed evil...
And murderous.

I don't really know what to say here because I feel like I've said: "Dun Dun DUNNNN" on wayyyyy too many chapters.
Oh well 😂I hope you are enjoying this - and I'm sorry for giving you a cliffhanger 😂❤️
