   T'CHALLA'S POV

As I held open the door for my girlfriend, Naomi, I also did the same for Okoye, Nokia, and Ayo. They all thanked me, and we decided to attend a gala for our outreach with the American nations.
I wanted them to know that Wakanda would no longer hide in the shadows. Wakanda would help out in anyway it could, no matter the amount of time. I was pulled aside for a couple of pictures, yet I let Naomi decide what side I would stand on.

After everyone had received enough pictures for the event, it was just a matter of the girls and I meeting the different representatives. Learning about the different nations.

Naomi asked me,"T'Challa, do you mind going to get me a drink?"

I shook my head and said,"No, ma'am, I do not. I will go get it for you. Stay with Okoye, Ayo, and-"

Nakia was already getting a drink, so Naomi just headed over with Ayo and Okoye. I headed over to the counter and ordered a drink for Naomi, patiently waiting.

  NAOMI'S POV

I watched as T'Challa waited for my drink, before I talked with Okoye and Ayo.

Okoye noticed what a few women were wearing and said,"I don't understand this country."

I chuckled and sent her a smile saying,"It's a little different from Wakanda, but it'll just take time."

Ayo nodded and Okoye said,"Should we continue socializing with these people, Naomi?"

I nodded and replied,"Yes. It may not be so bad. If we stay together, then we won't be on our own."

   ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATER...

Okoye, Ayo, and I had talked to quite a few different people and it actually was okay. However, T'Challa had not returned with my drink. I looked back over to where he was last and there was no sign of him.

  I asked Ayo,"Did you see T'Challa leave?"

She shook her head and said,"No. He must be still here. Do you see Nakia?"

I shook my head and looked around for Nakia, yet I had no luck. Okoye, Ayo, and I began to look around for the two.
When I found T'Challa, Nakia was on top of him and kissing T'Challa. T'Challa was actually trying to push her off, but he had yet to notice Ayo, Okoye, and I.

I noticed a chair beside the wall to the left of us and used my mind to throw it towards Nakia. T'Challa ducked and I ran for Nakia, but T'Challa got up. He held me back, and I pushed him off of me.

  As I sent Nakia a glare, I said to T'Challa,"T'Challa, let's go. We're leaving."

T'Challa decided to be smart and obey my order, while Nakia followed. I wanted nothing more than to leave her here, but Okoye alerted me that it could turn back on me later if I did.

    2 HOURS LATER...

I sat down on my bed and T'Challa asked me,"Naomi, do I have permission to speak?"

I sighed and nodded, before T'Challa said to me,"I can assure you, Naomi, that what you saw was not my doing. I was already trying to push her off before you arrived, and she was clearly out of it. I was going to bring you your drink, but Nakia pulled me away. I truly meant to return to you. I apologize for not seeing it before she forced herself onto me."

I stood up and placed a few kisses on T'Challa's lips, then I explained to him,"I accept your apology, my king. I know what your intentions were, and I trust your word. Let's just get some sleep. It's been a long day."

T'Challa smiled and thanked me for forgiving him, but I just pulled him down with me. T'Challa wrapped his arms around me in a protective manner and sleep was not hard to find that night.
