   Y/N'S POV

T'Challa had been acting off ever since we had a visitor, who was also a prince, arrive in Wakanda. His name is Leron. The Prince seemed like a very nice guy. He definitely had a sense of humor and the charm to go with it, but I think that was getting to T'Challa.
I decided to politely cut my  conversation short with the Prince and find T'Challa. T'Challa was talking to Leron's parents, who were The King and Queen of their homeland.

I said,"Excuse me, your majesties, but may I borrow T'Challa?"

They sent me a smile and nodded, before T'Challa walked us over to a more private area of the room.

  He asked me,"What is it?"

I said,"Look me in the eyes and tell me what's bothering you."

T'Challa sighed and looked me in the eyes saying,"I don't trust him, Y/N. It is my job to protect you and something does not feel right about him."

I asked T'Challa,"Are you threatened by him?"

T'Challa chuckled and said,"No. I know you love me, but I don't want you talking to him."

I whisper-yelled,"T'Challa, I can't just not talk to him! He's a visitor. He may be able to help Wakanda take the next step."

T'Challa demanded,"As your king, I will not allow it."

I argued,"As your wife, I will not allow you to make every decision for me. I can make my own too."

T'Challa just nodded and took my hands saying,"Y/N, please just be careful. It is all I am asking. I already lost my father. I don't need to lose you."

I nodded and gave him a kiss, before I headed back to let Prince Leron know I had other business to take care of. I didn't want to put any more stress on T'Challa than he already had.
When I found Prince Leron, he was looking through my stuff.

I cleared my throat and asked him,"What are you doing?"

Prince Leron chuckled and said,"Business. You know, your husband does not seem to trust me very much. Maybe it's the face or something but he has a point. I wouldn't trust me either, not with a beautiful woman like you."

My smile immediately dropped, and I rushed for the door, but he grabbed me.

He covered my mouth and I bit his hand hard. He groaned in pain and pulled me back by my hair. I put up a fight the best I could, but I felt something go through my neck.
I fell to the ground and everything went black.

.....

Once my vision adjusted, I realized I was not where I was earlier. I was in what seemed to be a cage and I was..Oh no..
The worst thoughts entered my mind, and the tears immediately fell down my face.

Prince Leron walked into the room and said,"Hey, sweetheart. Like the cage?"

I covered myself and he bent down in front of the cage saying,"You don't need to worry about that. I see why he likes you."

I immediately felt uncomfortable and noticed a figure outside. I hid my smile from Prince Leron and acted like I was listening to what he was saying.
That came to an end when Black Panther entered the room and threw Prince Leron into one of the windows. The window shattered and some of the glass pierced through his skin.

Prince Leron put up a fight against T'Challa, but T'Challa was better. T'Challa grabbed him and knocked him out before he rushed over to the cage I was in.

He reached through the bars and held my hands, asking me,"Did he-"

  I replied,"I don't know. T'Challa, what if-"

T'Challa said,"No. Don't think that way. Move away from the bars. I'm going to get you out."

I backed away from the bars and T'Challa broke the cage, pulling me out. He covered me as best as he could and carried me back to the kingdom. He immediately helped me into a pair of pajamas and placed a blanket around me.

After that, we waited about two weeks. Then, I was immediately checked over by the best in Wakanda. Honestly, T'Challa was nervous through the whole thing. We talked about the whole waiting till after marriage, and both of us were serious about that.
When everything came out okay, T'Challa immediately became relieved and spent the whole day with me. Now for Prince Leron, I was just hoping Black Panther or T'Challa did not see him again. The next time around, T'Challa was not going to be merciful. Prince Leron definitely wasn't a part of Wakanda's vision of becoming more open.
