Leen Xyriel Deverine"How was the apple?" Jille asked with a smirk on her face. The program was done and so much tiring, tsk. I just gave her an empty stare which made her mouth shut. Not on the mood to play around.
"Where was he?" I asked instead. Bigla na lang siyang nawala when Liam pulled me. Were not yet done talking.
"You mean Lucky? Oh well, he said something about, pwe! May hinahabol daw siyang oras, nasa labas kasi si Chance," aniya. She let out a yawn and stretch her hands upward.
Tsk, everything is not in place! I should have seen this one coming.
I looked at my watch, it was already 6 in the evening, if I'd go now, I could probably catch up with them.
"May sinabi siya tungkol sa sasakyan... na ginamit ni Gian," sambit niya. She was gazing at me in her serious expression. Yes, she might joke all the time, but not on this one.
"Thanks, go home, I have to go somewhere," I told her and walked towards my motorcycle. "Keep your eyes open. You need to protect him no matter what."
Where could they be at this time? It's getting darker.
After a while, I decided to stop for a moment. I need to call Flame, my instinct tells me, they are only on the same place. I pulled my phone out and was about to call a number when I heard a laughter.
I decided to ignore it but it was really familiar. Geez! When did I started to get curious upon simple things? D*rn it! I still found myself walking towards the noise and it led me to an old play ground. I was actually standing beside a non bearing tree but I'm too lazy to hide.
Men! Who's that jerk standing? Parang nakita ko na siya dati. He was facing at me pero nakatutok ang mga mata niya sa lalaking naka jacket na nakatayo sa harap niya. I've seen him before, I just can't remember where.
Napapalibutan sila ng 5 pang kalalakihan, I exactly knew what is happening around here. Nag-iisa lang ang lalaking nakajacket at parang kilala ko rin 'to. Dada lang ng dada ang lalaking nakaharap sa'kin while I'm too busy trying to remember where on earth have I met him. Hanggang sa nagawi ang tingin niya sa'kin, an evil smile suddenly formed from his lips kaya out of curiosity, the one with the jacket turned his gaze on me.
Oh fvck! That's Hemming.
'Di na ako nagtataka kung kaaway niya ang mga ito. He is hot tempered anyway.
"You're not good at peeping Lex! You suck," the man said in mocking tone. Lex? He knows me? The heck?
He instructed his friends to come near me, and I knew I could run but d*mn it, wala ako sa mood mapagod. Kaya sinalubong ko na lang ang mga ito at tumungo sa harap ng leader nila. Kapantay ko si Hemming na tila gulat na gulat dahil sa presensiya ko.
"Sinusundan mo ba ako?" he asked, may insulto pang dala ang boses nito. Really Hemming? At this point, you still have the guts to insult me? We're both dead meat here stupid!
What would I expect from him? "You're not a celebrity," I replied without looking at him, my eyes are fixed on this man infront of me. He got a bit intimidated, iniisip ko kasi talaga kung saan ko siya nakita o nakilala perhaps.
"At least hindi ako tanga, at marunong manilip ng hindi nakikita," Hemming said again making me face him.
"I'm not a pervert, so it's not my field unlike you, nag-masteral ka pa," I retorted, smirking.
