Sarah's point of view.

Damon was leaning casually against the bar, drinking a glass of white wine. He was dressed in a white linen shirt, black jeans and a black jacket. His hair was tousled as ever. I sighed. I stood for a few seconds in the entrance of the bar, gazing at him. He glanced towards the entrance and stilled when he saw me. Blinking a couple of times, he then smiled a sexy smile. Making a supreme effort not to bite my lip, I moved forward. He walked gracefully over to meet me.

''You look stunning.'' He murmured; as he leaned down to briefly kiss my cheek. Taking my arm he led me to a secluded booth and signaled for the waiter.

''What would you like to drink?''

My lips quirked up in a quick, sly smile as I sat and slid into the booth. ''I'll have what you're having.''

Amused, he ordered two Cosmopolitans and slid in opposite me.

''Are you alright?'' He asked softly. ''You look tired.''

''I'm fine.''

He leaned forward. ''It will be okay. I'm here.'' He smiled adoringly.

The waiter arrived with our drinks, a small dish of mixed nuts, and another of olives.

''How is Phil?'' He asked.

''Better. He is going to stay with his parents for a couple of days, to look after them.'' I replied.

''I don't want you to stay alone at your house.'' He whispered sternly. ''Stay with me until Phil gets back.'' He offered.

''I don't want to invade your privacy, Damon.''

He smiled, as he popped an olive into his mouth. ''Don't be foolish. I want you to.''

''I'll think about it.'' My eyes lingering on his mouth, wanting it to be on mine.

''Eat something.'' He motioned for the small dishes. ''Have you thought about it?'' He asked persistent.

''About what?''

''Living with me.'' He sighed.

''Damon, it's not that simple. I have to consider a lot of things.'' I admitted.

''Actually, it's quite simple, Sarah. Do you trust me or not?'' His eyes burning, fervent.

''Yes.'' I whispered.

''Then that's it, move in with me. Be my room-mate.'' He smirked.

I expected this attitude from him, so I nodded my head and gave him the answer he was looking for. ''Okay.''

''Come, I have a private dining room booked.'' He smiled at me and climbed out of the booth, holding his hand out to me.

Placing my hand in his, I slid out and stood up beside him. He released me, and his hand reached for my elbow. He led me back through the bar and up the grand stairs.

A young woman approached us.

''Mr. Morgan, this way, sir.''

We followed her through a plush seating area to an intimate dining room. The room was small, but comfortable. The table was starched linen, silver cutlery and pink rose bouquet.

Damon pulled out my chair, and I sat. He placed a soft kiss on my forehead and sat opposite me. I peeked up at him.

''This is really nice.''

He smiled. ''I want to spoil you, you deserve it.''

I blinked at him. ''Thank you.''

''You're welcome.''
