''Sarah Chrisanna Garcia, will you marry me?''

''Wake up; it's your big day today!'' Alyssa shouted in my ear, slowly shaking me.
''I'm up! Slowly, Alyssa, please.'' I whispered back, gently rubbing my tummy.
''Come on, we have lots of things to do!'' She grinned. ''Let's go, chop chop.''
''I need to pee first.'' I giggled at her. Clearly being pregnant does that a lot to you.
''Right.'' She laughed. ''You're going to look so pretty in that white dress.''
''I'm going to look like an elephant. Nobody wants to marry a fat bride.'' I sighed, wiping away the tears from my face.
''You're not fat!'' Alyssa shouted. ''You're beautiful and please, don't cry.''
''It's my hormones, ah!'' I yelled. ''I miss Phil.''
''You saw him yesterday.'' She laughed.
''I know, it seems longer though.'' I whispered.
''Then let's get going, we have so many things to do!'' She giggled. ''You've got to look hot for your man, and your little man inside you.'' She laughed.
''Just because you're my son's god mother doesn't mean you have the right to spoil him.'' I smiled.
''But I'm his god mother, I have to.'' She grinned. ''You know, now you'll be surrounded with two boys.'' Alyssa smirked, showing off her white perfect teeth.
''Don't remind me.'' I laughed, closing the bathroom door.

Our garden was our altar, dressed in our favourite white flowers of roses. There weren't too many guests, just our close friends and family members.
The small audience stood up from their seats as I slowly made my way to the front, 'Ave Maria' playing in the background.
Alyssa was helping me walk, since I was wearing my favourite white high heels and you know- pregnant.
Phil stood at the top of the altar in a black fitting suit. His eyes glistening in the morning daylight, his beard trimmed and his hair slicked back.
He looked overwhelmed as he lifted up my veil that belonged to my mother.
''You look amazing.'' He mouthed.
''Thank you.'' I smiled.
I was mesmerized.
